Compre un tracksuit hace tiempo que costaba 240 euros y venía con varios bolsillos rotos, además de que se equivocaron de talla en los pantalones pero me los cambiaron sin problema, algunas costuras dejaban que desear pero como lo compré en descuento no dije nada.
Recientemente he adquirido un par de camisetass que he devuelto porque la calidad es malisima, la tela y la impresión es malisima.
Se niegan a devolver el dinero diciendo que no cumple la política de devolución cuando una no me la he probado y la otra la descarte nada más ponérmela.
Simplemente quiero que la gente sea consciente de lo que está comprando porque a 55 euros cada camiseta me parece que esta marca deja mucho que desear tanto en calidad como en el trato al cliente.

I ordered two shirts on Joom, which unfortunately turned out to be fake. I contacted Askari’s customer support for advice, and they confirmed that I had been scammed by Joom.

Even though Askari had done nothing wrong, they still went above and beyond by sending me an extra item as compensation when I ordered with them. I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service and really appreciate how they handled the situation.

The shirts look and feel awesome.

The T-shirt was a a bit big for xl, it fit more like an xxl
