Brilliant Start to Finish
Officio were brilliant from start to finish. Isabelle Kay found us an amazing office space in just a few days and made the whole process feel effortless. Communication was clear and timely throughout, everything was handled professionally, and the personal touch really stood out.

Very impressed with rep Mitchell Woodward's professionalism and attentiveness. Can't recommend him enough.
Although I had to halt the search in the end due to other reasons, Mitchell took all the hassle out of the search.

Great office search from start to finish
My company had a great experience working with Officio when we opened a small office in London (we are based outside of the UK). Officio was super responsive and found us a lot of great office options for us to view. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. It was extremely helpful to work with Officio being from outside of the UK, as we were not familiar with the market and would not have been able to find as many options on our own.

Great support from Officio from the initial search for office space to securing the deal
Officio found us a great office space to rent on a short term basis, it's just what we were hoping for and in a great location. I have no experience in this field at all and the team at Officio guided me through the whole process really well and I would like to thank them for their patience in doing so. They were also able to negotiate a very competitive rate for us.

Even though I did not sign with the options Officio provided me, I had a very positive experience with their options and their overall customer service. I would recommend them as an office broker.
