I placed my order (#31663) and completed full payment, including all customs and tax charges (£268.73). However, part of my order was never delivered, and despite multiple follow-ups over more than two weeks, I have received no proper response or resolution from the company.
The communication has been unprofessional and unresponsive, and the refund for the customs charge has still not been processed.
To make matters worse, many of the missing items were intended as gifts, which made this experience even more frustrating.
I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer care shown throughout this process.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering, as the after-sales support has been completely unsatisfactory.
