Thank you for your recent review. As a general rule, funds are typically deposited into your account on the next business banking day (assuming you've applied before our evening cut-off). Weekends and holidays affect this schedule.

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your application, it appears that you applied on Friday the 14th, which would normally result in funds being delivered the following Monday. Unfortunately, in this instance, Monday was a banking holiday; therefore, funds should have delivered on Tuesday the 18th.
If you've not yet received your funds, please contact our customer support team at (877) 293-2987. They are available Mon-Fri from 8AM to 8PM CST.

I chose Aspen to work with me on a personal loan because of my pre-approval status and knowing ahead of time what my monthly payments would be. This helped me with existing financial planning and they showed exactly when my payments would stop and start should I chose to use the entire schedule. the loan can also be paid back ahead of schedule with no penalties! Glad they were there when I needed them.
