It is a sponsored review which reports performance which bears no similarity to the actual performance.
When the vacuum arrrives it looks small but OK, however it will not pick up any but the smallest specks of detritus, most just rolls around the floor or enters the tube and rolls out again when you turn off. Frankly the product is useless. The favourable reviews on here are clearly uploaded by the company.
When you look at the terms and conditions, they offer a money back guarantee, however when you ask for the return address, you will be sent a raft of small discount offers, which would leave you with a slightly cheaper pile of junk than you already have. The offers and prevarication go on for days until you get the message that you will have to send it back to China, paying the freight and customs fees and suggesting that it may fail to get through customs in which case you will get nothing, or even if it does, they may decline to give you any money back anyway.
I have contacted my credit card company about a section 75 chargeback, they said that they have had other complaints about the company. I intend to take it up with trading standards in the near future.

So the long and short of it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
USE YOUR CREDIT CARD RIGHTS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS, if enough do, they will be stopped trading.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They are based in China it is almost impossible to return an item. They try to intimadate you to keep the item. Threatening to only give a partial refund or no refund if that is what they decide. Also you have to pay for return shipping. I tried to cancel this order 3 mins after i made it by mistake, they would not let me. Please do not buy from them its a scam!!!!!

Please see yesterdays update as it will be the same as todays since there been no change in responses from Aspirato.

May I request a service label to return order. I would like it within 1 day for a full refund. I am aware of your return policy of 14 days and I would like a label within 1 day.

Absolutely rubbish vacuum cleaner.
Very poor suction, so dirt gets stuck in the stick easily then when you switch the power off a some of the dirt comes back out on the floor! I cannot remove the stick from the handle, it is stuck on. I am now trying to get my money backas it is faulty, but only been offered 5% of what I paid for the vacuum.

This company is a complete SCAM!!!!
Suction is crap they refuse to give a refund won’t give you return label either how many other people are being ripped off & left of pocket due to this company. AVOID at all costs they are scammers!!!!!!!

Only four stars because delivery was slow and it wasn't clear that the item was being shipped from China. That having been said I can't understand the bad reviews here. I love this little vacuum. It is easy to assemble and store, so lightweight that it is a pleasure to use. The suction levels work very well for my little flat and the duration of the charge works well, albeit I only have a small flat. It is very manoeuvrable and gets into corners well and I really like the LED lights that help me see in the dark places what needs to be cleaned. I only received it today and am just trying it out but so far it is ideal for what I need and much more suitable for the small space that I have than my larger, heavier old-style Vax.

Like others, I would give minus stars if possible, this company is to be avoided at all costs. I foolishly ordered a vacuum cleaner from this company as a result of good reviews on their website, I can only assume they are false. My wife read the reviews here and I immediately tried to cancel the order within half an hour of ordering it, only to be told they could not stop the order as it had already been dispatched, obviously a blatant lie!! They do not provide a Returns Address, you have to request it, which I did, four times, never to be given it. They kept on offering me an ever increasing refund for me to keep it, every time I refused their offer. I was then eventually sent the following e-mail, which I took to be a veiled threat, inferring that my return would be 'lost' and I would receive no refund.

I have chalked this up to experience and my own stupidity, eventually accepting a 20% refund, which has been paid.

Cant give no stars. The vacuum I received wouldn't pick up the dirt. The suction was extremely poor and their communication left a lot to be desired. Klarna have put my payments on hold so the issue can be resolved but Aspirato.co.uk are not even based in the UK. They use false advertising . Avoid at all costs. If you gave already purchased from them and are unhappy with your purchase contact trading standards and the UKICC who work with consumer centres internationally.

Ook wij hebben alleen maar problemen met ze en krijgen steeds hetzelfde mailtje terug. Niet mee te communiceren laat staan netjes een oplossing te vinden.
Klarna ook ingeschakeld en ze starten ook een onderzoek.

Taken to long to arrive. Not impressed.ordered a different one vax got that before the other one came .so thinking of returning it ?????

I was very unsure of what to expect after reading some of the reviews and hearing nothing about delivery for over a week but it did arrive and it is very good. Not as powerful as my old corded Dyson but it works very well and is so light and easy to use.

I ordered this vacume cleaner on 20/07/23 still not recieved it. Bought it on Klarna and have been intouch with Aspirato and all the emails i get is asking for order number which i sent them. Now been intouch with Klarna and they have put an hold on account and are investigating. WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not order anything from these.

There should be an option for zero stars. Absolute scam of a company! Please don't fall for the obviously fake positive reviews on here! They have set up fake review sites such as "topguidance.org" and "realreviewers.org" using fake names and photos pretending to be a "David Brown" and "Jessica Liam" (whose photos are just stock photography photos) leading people to buy this absolute pile of crap which is just totally useless. The so called company Aspirato doesn't even have a phone number. And like everyone else, you try to cancel the order and they say it's too late as it's already been shipped (even 5 minutes after placing the order) then you try to return the product and they won't let you. The most they do is offer 5 or 10% off which are the same auto-generated emails they appear to send everyone, and according to others they never see a penny back anyway. We are now just being ignored after demanding a refund via email 3 times! Whoever is behind this scam stealing people's money needs to be tracked down and exposed as an absolute fraudster!!

Unfortunately like many others on this thread I have also been scammed by this company and not helped by Klarna.
Usually I am very thorough in my research of products but failed on this occasion and was taken in by the “sponsor” information after an online search.
Once I realised my error I tried to cancel the order within 3 hours which was unsuccessful. I then received an email after it was shipped to say I was too late but could return once I received it, if I was dissatisfied with the product.
So the product comes, it’s flimsy, noisy, does not suction or lift small items well!
I repackaged and begin the email trail to the companies “after sales team”.
I am now 4 weeks in, including requesting help from Klarna, being told that it costs too much to return and is a “hassle” so keep the item and we will give you…5%, then 10% (offered this 3 times) then 20% (offered this 3 times) off the product!
No returns address yet been given, Klarna offering to put my account into hardship which would impact on my credit so no thanks and I am not in hardship I am just trying to return a useless unwanted product .
DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM.

Great cleaner, bought this when my Dyson failed for the second time. So pleased I will buy another spare one for second floor use. We are disabled and this cleaner has so many features that make life easier for us. I think this is a very underrated product. Pity the negative reviews can't be controlled for honesty and accuracy. Dave.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if it allowed. Thought I had checked product through genuine product review site but no. As soon as I placed the order tried to cancel and was told its not possible as its been dispatched. Told them I would refuse to accept delivery and wanted a refund but no joy there. So now praying my bank will help. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM
