Aspirato 

Poor design of detachments. Loss of suction often. Dust chamber gets stuck due to washable fine filter blockage very often. Location of power button is awful, in the handle, that get hit when you vacuum the floor. Not worth for the money. I used Argos Bush cordless £80 for 5 years with no complaints. Please don't buy this product.

Bought this based on it apparently coming first out of 10 cordless vacuum cleaners in 2023...clearly that was a fake review.
Utter rubbish. I've read other reviews that say it doesn't pick up and mine is the same.

I'm on about my 8th email to the company who just send endless remedies and so called fixes all of which I've tried to no avail.

They eventually told me to sell it and offered me a 5% discount on a new one or as a refund. Not quite sure what they meant.

The suction power is poor, it doesn't pull the debris into the bin and the brush constantly fails to operate correctly.

I note one user is or has appeared on "Rip off Britain" I shall watch that with interest.

Bought this vacuum clearly on bogus reviews, paid £179.00 for an absolute dud! It doesn't have any suction, picks up nothing. Website says they are always there to help! Error nope that's a lie too! Rubbish! DO NOT BUY

Cheapest hoover I have ever seen . I have bought this never happy with that . You through your money away . I don’t normally leave bad feedback .
I am fed up with this product , no power to clean at all , battery goes dead vary quick and so on ……

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I retured the vacum ckesner due to ordering snd then reading terrible reports. Telephone and email were false so couldn't get hold of anyone. Returned to the return address and nothing back. Got my bank onto it and finally got contact and it went round snd round and they denied having it back and kept saying I should of sent it back to China. I never did get a refund and the case closed. Shocking company and shocking customer service. Do not buy!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!! UTTER CRAP I'm gutted I bought this 😪 Going to try and see what I can do to get my money back.

Avoid Aspirato at all costs

Ik wilde de stofzuiger niet meer, nadat ik over de garantie geen informatie kreeg. Ook het telefoonnummer op de NEDERLANDSE website bleek niet aangesloten. Ik heb meteen toen ik het pakket had ontvangen en dus binnen de termijn van 2 weken voor retour, om een retouradres gevraagd, maar nooit ontvangen. Zelfs na meerdere keren emailcontact met de klantenservice. Ik ontvang elke keer hetzelfde "standaard" antwoord dat de garantie goed is.

Bij Klarna heb ik het probleem al in december 2023 meteen aangekaart, maar zij kunnen niet helpen. Ze hadden ook beloofd om het retouradres aan Aspirato te vragen, maar die belofte zijn ze niet nagekomen. Wel hebben ze iedere keer mijn verplichting tot betalen een maand verlengd. Maar toen ik te laat zag dat ze me een email hadden gestuurd met de vraag of ik het nummer van de retourzending wilde doorgeven, (wat dus überhaupt niet aan de orde was, want dat was juist mijn probleem, geen retouradres ontvangen, toen sloten ze mijn dossier en werd ik gemaand te betalen.

Dus waardeloos, ASPIRATO maar ook KLARNA, dat ze nog steeds voor Aspirato geld innen, ondanks de vele klachten!

Ik zag een programma op TV en daar werd gezegd dat de Nederlandse wet zegt dat een Nederlandse website, ook een retouradres in Nederland moet aanbieden.
Dus ik denk dat ik toch maar juridische bijstand ga zoeken, want dit bedrijf moet van het Nederlandse internetverkeer verwijderd worden. En ik wil van die (nog niet gebruikte) stofzuiger af en mijn geld terug!

Na 6 maand werkte de stofzuiger niet meer, ik probeer al 3 maand contact op te nemen via mail (geen reactie), of via telefoon, geen contact mogelijk. De stofzuiger is nog steeds in garantie maar er is nergens een contactpunt hoe en waar dit te retourneren. EN ALS JE NAAR DE WEBSITE ASPIRATO.NL WILT GAAN, KRIJG JE VERWITTIGING DAT ZE JE GEGEVENS WILLEN HACKEN!!!!!!
Al diegene die reeds slachtoffers geworden zijn meldt dit bij de politie voor fraudepraktijken, zodat ze van het net gehaald worden en geen slachtoffers meer kunnen maken!

De GROOTSTE miskoop , accu die werkte heel even, aantal keren kontakt opgenomen dan wordt je van kast naar de muur gestuurd!!!!. Ik heb niets aan het stofzuiger als het accu niet werkt zowiezo is het ook een GAMMEL STOFZUIGER...DUBBEL BELAZERD!!! IK HEB ZE UIT EINDELIJK IN DE AFVAL CONTAINER GEDUMPT DIE WE TOEVALIG HEBBEN GEHUURD IVM KLEINE VERBOUWING. NOOIT BIJ ASPIRATO JE STOFZUIGER KOPEN!!

This company is a farce. Useless product, no after sales, and definitely no customer service
I have been attempting to obtain a refund for almost a year now but to no avail just metaphorical brick walls in every direction. My focus now is to try to get this company closed down as they are still fleecing customers today. For those of you who may be interested I have filmed my complaint with Rip Off Britain and the episode is due to be screened on BBC 1 at 9.30 am on the 28th May 2024. So if you are like me, and would like to see this outfit gone, tune in and continue to flood the various media with your complaints. Good luck.

Received this vacume it did not pick up or dismantle easy, constantly got blocked. I asked to return it within the return policy time. I was then sent videos and pictures on how to correct the problem. Non worked and I sent my own videos and pictures back. Now it's out of the return agreement so they say there's nothing can be done. The customer service team just boomerangs every e mail until we passed the policy return deadline. Its disgusting behaviour, nobody has money to throw about these days and yet this company has now left me with a vacume that doesn't work and no return procedure.
