Seems fine so far. A little slow on getting to customer service but satisfactory. Also slow on contacting creditors for negotiations. But it is a process so I can accept that. Overall four stars.

BEWARE! IS A COMPLETE JOKE!
Company tells you they will settle all debts signed on for a monthly payment over term of months. Then every settlement they make they text you that they made a settlement and need more money added in order to settle along with 561.00 payment currently being made for settlements. I terminated program. Then had 564 dollars in my account with them. Waited a month later never seen money. Called multiple times got different stories each time. No had correct answers. In conclusion was told I was not receiving any of my money back!!! BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM!

After 6 mos that was only suppose to take 3 mos I cancelled and was left in a far worst situation! Just work directly with your creditors if you can. I hope this helps someone. It's too late for me😢
