Seems fine so far. A little slow on getting to customer service but satisfactory. Also slow on contacting creditors for negotiations. But it is a process so I can accept that. Overall four stars.

So far in the two months and thousands of dollars that I have paid to you, only 1 settlement has been accomplished. At this rate of fee that I am paying you, I could have still been paying my creditors on time. I am not satisfied with the service so far.

I'm still receiving daily payment reminders.
I'm still receiving daily SMS, emails and phone calls from the remaining creditors of which some mailings were forwarded on to client care support. I was advised not to respond but it's getting very annoying. I thought each firm would have been contacted by now.

Additionally money required. My accounts continue to increase in amount. The process is so long and my credit score is so much lower. Don’t know if I can survive this process.
