Assa Abloy hat uns eine automatische Schiebetüre verkauft. Die Türe ist von Anfang an nicht richtig gelaufen. Es kammen immer wieder andere Techniker. Die Türe streift von Anfang an und wird dadurch am Aluminium abgenutzt. Die Türe ist zweimal herausgefallen. Die Reinigung gestaltet sich ebenfalls schwierig, da die Schutzflügel sich von einer Gebäudereinigerin alleine nicht öffnen lassen, hier muss zwingend eine zweite Person helfen. Wir sind verpflichtet die Türe zu warten. Da Assa Abloy mit der definitiv schlecht und mangelhaft eingebauten Türen intern selbst kämpt, hat uns Assa Abloy zudem jetzt auch noch den Wartungsvertrag gekündigt. Das ist nicht in Ordnung. Dann spricht man mit der zuständigen Chefin, Frau Hildenbrand, diese erklärt dann einem, ja man hätte die Türe im Rohbau einbauen müssen - sorry - die Türe wurde eingebaut, bevor das Gebäude freigegeben wurde, irgendwann muss die Türe ja rein. Dann wurde behauptet, man hätte ja den Rahmen machen müssen, auch das stimmt lt. Bauprotokoll und Planunterlagen nicht. Die Türe wurde genau wie von Assa Abloy in den Pänen vorgegeben eingebaut. Beteiligt waren mehrere Bauleiter!
Frau Hildenbrand hat lt. Mitarbeiter Assy Abloy die Wartungskündigung angeordnet, da Assa Abloy die Türe stresst! Als ich mit Ihr gesprochen habe, wollte Sie anfänglich nichts davon wissen. Resultat: Das ist definitiv das Allerletzte! Sie können sich die Türe selbst anschauen, fahren Sie nach Tübingen in die Eisenbahnstrasse 50! Die Techniker wo zur Wartung gekommen sind, haben selbst erklärt, ja da ist definitiv beim Einbau etwas schief gelaufen! Nun wird der Kunde, wo die Türe gekauft hat einfach stehen gelassen!

Levering paar maanden later dan gepland en telefonisch slecht bereikbaar. Business to business moet veel beter geregeld zijn. Monteurs goed maar service minder

Entreprise à fuir, prix exorbitants, nous avons pris un contrat de maintenance pour éviter des frais excessifs maintenant que nous avons une panne c'est de nouveau à notre charge. Lisez bien le contrat avant de vous engager et un conseil fuyez.

We have a roller shutter in our building since 4 years. We had multiple failures and with the door that remained opened for weeks. We called a technician multiple times and the door was never able to be repaired completely. Last Assa Abloy quote for the repairing is about 8k with no guarantee the door will work.

This company purchased a local provider and the cost to repair a simple issue has more than doubled. In addition there was no authority obtained for the repair at twice the cost of the local company. I've been trying for months to have a response regarding the lack of authorization regarding my communication.

Vi har haft två kodlås från AssaAbloy och båda har varit måndags exemplar! Blir sladdriga och slutar fungera efter ett par månader. Köp nåt annat istället.

Assa Did a CPD for Dowen Farmer Architects then ignored invoice that followed. Chased over 10 times and been completely blanked. Never had this from any other company before. A disgrace.

Door bepaalde omstandigheden had ik Edwin zijn mobiele nummer gekregen. Edwin heeft mij meerdere keren goed en snel geholpen met problemen met de automatische deurvergrendeling. Dit werd o.a. veroorzaakt door werkend hout als gevolg van meerdere warmen dagen. De service van deze man overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Edwin die 5 sterren zijn voor jou 👌

Keine volle Rückerstattung vom Kaufpreis. Klärung nun durch Paypal beantragt.

This place has only morphed into a Corporate Monger
eating up smaller door companies in their pathway.
-They do not finish jobs
-They do not complete projects
-They do not honor timelines
-They have No Communication whatsoever
-Employees Quit on weekly basis
-Management staff also resign annually
-They have a weak product

On moving in to my new home, I noticed the Yale digital lock was difficult to read, due to what appeared to be scratch marks on the cover. I emailed Yale and received a very rapid response from James. Within a couple of days he had arranged for a repair man to visit and replace the whole lock under warranty.
Communication was great, as was the service. Totally recommend,

Har ett dörrhandtag med kodlås till altandörren. Det är det andra låset då det första var kasst. Och det här handtaget är inte ett dugg bättre. Man får ta en stol och sätta sig för det går åt 20 försök innan låset öppnar. Fullständigt värdelösa lås. KÖP INTE!

I guarantee that whoever profits from this company are the same ones who run/own hotel chains, that intern force them to use there crappy locks, scammy scammy should be illegal!!!

Horrible company to work for. Used to be a decent place until new management took over and have nose dived it into the ground.
Pay doesnt work by experience, its who you know, how liked you are and who youre willing to give a good ole reach around to. The favouritism is shocking and not even hidden.
Complaints quickly make their way to management so confidentiality with HR is non existent.
Turn over is horrendous with little to no help/support.
They pile the pressure on without acknowledging your hard work. But are very quick to jump all over your mistakes.
They encourage an atmosphere that breeds a "that'll do" attitude or a "dont care, not going in my house" attitude.
There's no incentive at all to work hard or to gain more experience as you could be in there years with the most experience at your section.. and a temp will walk in and get paid the same..
Better yet, someone else will walk in and get paid more because they used to work there.
They pay for experience to come back as the disgusting pay forces their most experienced to leave.
My only positive would be the guys who work there on the factory floor. Theyre mostly all sound. But that'll be changing soon as theres many on the verge of walking out due to the abysmal management of the place.

Communication is spotty at best. Estimating process is unclear. We paid a fee of more than $800 just to get a technician to diagnose the problem. We never got an estimate for the work itself, and discovered as we were about to schedule the repair that there would be a second charge of +/- $4,000 for that. We never received a quote for repairs, although the customer service person we talked to claimed we had sent a "signed estimate." We terminated the relationship and will work to find another solution. Not a good experience at all.
