Fantastic Company, Service and Goods!!

5* rating has been given for all aspects of the service provided. The support given when placing a large order, was next to none, their attention to detail and curiosity to challenge (knowing their customers behaviours) made for a really nice touch when i'd made mistake/misjudged quantities. Delivery was was on time, with the products themselves being great quality! All round Fantastic company!

Sadly I cannot recommend

Sadly I cannot recommend. I ordered a set of the 41.5kg Adjustable dumbbells, little did I know I didn’t expect them to rattle and move like a shake weight.

Assuming they were faulty, I got in touch to request a full refund. I was responded to with a statement that this is a normal function of the dumbbells (in my example, I was not shaking vigorously as the company suggested).

‘I am now being requested to pay return shipping on 93kgs of weight for a dumbbell set which isn’t advertised as shaking, rattling, loose metal on metal contact. I am now stuck with underperforming dumbbells that do not perform as advertised. For this, I cannot recommend. I am aware the company will respond and disagree with my statement, I am just sharing my experience publicly.

Thanks for your honest review, we understand not everyone will like every item.
I am sorry you are not fully satisfied with your item.

As mentioned in our emails, slight movement in the plates is needed for function, if there was no movement it would be extremely difficult to change weights and use in general. In addition, the only way to remove any metal-on-metal contact would be to add plastic or similar which would make the dumbbells bulkier and more prone to damage.

As per any item ordered, if you are not fully satisfied with it you can return it, unused in the original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the item, as stated in our returns policy.
we would be more than happy to discuss this further, please just reply through the email thread or create a new one.
