10/10 service, i had problems with getting dense traffic on their assetto corsa server, i messaged them and got a reply within 5 minutes, fixed the problem and support was very friendly and i had a good experience!

Cheap and great servers.
Started paying for a BeamMP server 2 years ago. The servers are great, cheap compared to other hosts and the server manager is very beginner friendly. I highly recommend this hosting platform to everyone!

2 year customer, Great service
Been using Assetto Hosting for my servers for 2 years and would definitely recommend.
I've never had a single issue and the customer service is great.
In this time I've had Assetto Corsa race servers and a traffic server. I also have a ACC server and also tried a BeamNG server for a short while. And most recently a AC Evo server. All work great with no issues

When you purchase a monthly service
When you purchase a monthly service, they turn on direct debit and charge you every month, even though you only signed up for a monthly service. The information isn't clear about someone stealing your money every month. This is probably against the law I guess?
As for their service... after two days, something stopped working, and I had to contact them. They fixed it quickly, but then something else broke again, leaving me without access to the server, and I gave up... They actually tried to charge me twice for 5 days of using their s... service lol

The recurring subscription is clearly shown on our website and during the checkout process. We also sincerely apologize for the technical issues you faced. While we are glad our team fixed the first problem quickly, we are sorry you lost access again.

Amazing customer service!
I had an issue were I chose the wrong plan but I got in contact with the owner. He responded quickly and was extremely polite, resolving the issue immediately! They also have tutorials on you tube which is amazing as I have no idea what I am doing and I am new to Assetto Corsa. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, most things being drag and dropable which makes setting up quick. I would definitely recommend this service to someone who is looking for an Assetto Corsa server!
