My experience was mixed.
On the positive side, the staff member I dealt with was very polite, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was always smooth, and he treated me more like a friend than just a client.
Unfortunately, the quality of the final work was far below my expectations. It contained several unusual mistakes that caused me problems with my university and required additional time and effort to address.
When I raised these concerns, I was told that the company is not responsible for the quality or academic outcome of the work. According to them, their responsibility is only to ensure that the work meets the minimum acceptance requirement, and anything beyond that is outside the scope of their agreement.
I appreciate the professionalism of the customer service, but I cannot say I was satisfied with the quality of the final deliverable. I hope they focus more on improving quality assurance, as good communication alone cannot compensate for poor work quality.
