No waiting on the phone - picked up on the 2nd ring.
Spoke to Matthew Black who, in a very friendly and unhurried voice, explained all about the assist 24 pendant and answered all my questions. My item came the following day and apart from the beautiful colour it's a solid piece of equipment. It is well worth the price for peace of mind if you are living alone, so if you (or your family) have been thinking about an alarm I can highly recommend assist 24.

Pleasing result
The whole experience of buying my Assist24 was pleasant and easy. Matthew was extremely helpful and supportive regarding my queries and took me through the setting up of the account with ease. The pendant arrived very promptly, giving the appearance of a smart, well-produced product. The set-up was quick and easy. The only criticism I have is of the instruction information; I needed help to figure out how to attach the lanyard. Altogether very happy!
