Hello Linda,
Thank you so much for your 5* review and kind words following the completion of your mum & dad's new wet room. We were over the moon to see the lovely picture of your mum in her new accessible wet room, and we are so pleased that they can now shower in confidence for many years to come. Your kind feedback has been passed onto Ross (he is a star isn't he) and we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
Thank you from the Assisted Living team.
Use only if money is no object!!
We obtained a quotation for replacement of a wet-room floor for our disabled neighbour. We eventually found a service at 25% of the cost quoted by Assisted Living. The price quoted by them was nothing short of outrageous, and does not reflect well on the company.

Here at Assisted Living we appreciate all the feedback we receive both the positive and the not so positive, as our aim is to make sure that we are offering great products with unrivalled customer service. With this in mind, we are disappointed to hear that the quotation you received from ourselves was higher than you had expected.
We make sure that our products & services are competitively priced, often a lot cheaper than our competitors, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss this further.
We would appreciate any direct feedback regarding your experience with us, to Cheryl our Client Services Manager at hello@assistedliving.ltd so we can see how we can improve on our service & pricing in the future.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
The Assisted Living Team
