Sadly I cannot recommend this company. Their selection of service providers is shocking. The staff are helpful but essentially all this company do is book your appointments, it is totally different to the UK private health experience where you get the highest standard of medical care.

Soy asegurada de ASSSA, procedente de la Mutua Shared Care, la cual fué absorbida por ASSSA.
Desde entonces, la gestión administrativa con ASSSA ha sido lamentable. Hasta en 2 ocasiones no me han atendido en urgencias, teniendo que irme sin ser atendida, hasta no poder recoger unos resultados por no reconocer la tarjeta de la mutua ASSSA. Y claro, sin poder contactar con ellos porque a las 17.30 hrs las oficinas cierran y te quedas sin atención...
En otra ocasión el centro médico quería hacerme pagar los honorarios de la visita, cuando desde ASSSA me decían que sí que había cobertura con ese centro médico.

Con fecha 31/12/24 causo baja en la póliza, por los motivos expuestos anteriormente, alertando de ello a la compañía, sin poner remedio en su nefasta gestión.

Y con fecha de hoy 22-11-24 me notifican que me deniegan una intervención quirúrgica para el día 17/12/24, siendo asegurada desde hace 20 años. El motivo : la cirugía con laser no está cubierta. Señores, tengo la póliza de mejor cobertura con esta compañía. No es creíble en absoluto.
No recomiendo para nada esta mutua médica, donde todo ha acabado en decepciones. No te dan soluciones, eso sí, todo son buenas palabras, pero sin solución....

Me has dado muchas buenas razones para renovar, pero has dejado fuera una de las más importantes: la forma en que gestionas personalmente mis consultas, citas y cualquier problema relacionado con mi póliza.

En todos mis años, tanto en Australia como aquí en España, no recuerdo a nadie tan atento y servicial en el servicio al cliente, no solo en seguros sino en general.

Como extranjera, he valorado mucho tu ayuda, consejo y orientación. ¡Gracias!

You have provided me with many good reasons to renew, but you left out one of the most important ones: the way you personally handle my inquiries, appointments, and any issues related to my policy.

In all my years, both in Australia and here in Spain, I can't remember anyone as attentive and helpful in customer service, not just in insurance but in general.

ASSSA staff at their office in Ciudad Quesada are the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, efficient and understanding when dealing with all issues related to our healthcare. They are both so helpful and organised a trauma consultation for my husband very quickly.

Would definitely recommend Asssa to anyone thinking of taking out private healthcare.

The bonus to us is also having two personal assistants we can visit and talk to instead of an anonymous person on a phone.

Fast and excellent service with the staff at Alicante customer service. As for the Hospital perfect.

I needed an insurance for the student visa. Valentina from ASSSA provided exceptional service. She replied on weekend, with very clear instructions and got the policy in just couple days. Definitely recommend if you want hassle free service.

We were really nervous looking into private healthcare as we have recently moved to Spain. There are lots of companies and lots of very mixed reviews. Thank goodness we found the team at ASSSA in Javea, particularly Jennifer and Pilar. They have been amazing from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and they are delightful. In addition the cover has also turned out to be perfect, authorisations are managed swiftly and every medical professional has also been fantastic. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Es ist wirklich unverantwortlich. Dass ist wirklich die schlechteste Krankenkasse die es gibt. Hatte 2 x Unterlagen eingereicht und diese wurden verlegt oder Sonst was. Man erreicht niemand in der Filiale in Javea zu den angegeben Öffnungszeiten. Es wird einem auf Anrufe nicht geantwortet. Habe die höchste Beitragsklasse gewählt und die versprochen Leistungen werden nicht gewährt. Ich kann jedem nur von dieser Krankenkasse abraten.

Wir wandern dieses Jahr nach Spanien aus...bereits im Januar 2023 habe ich den ersten Kontakt zu Edyta Zerkowska in Ciudad Quesada aufgenommen und mich beraten lassen. Die Beratung erfolgte in perfektem Deutsch über Email. Egal wie viele Nachfragen ich hatte, ich bekam immer auf alles eine ausführliche und freundliche Antwort. Da wir in diesem Jahr erst ein passendes Haus gefunden haben, habe ich mich wieder bei Edyta gemeldet und Sie hatte, wie abgesprochen, nach anderthalb Jahren noch alles vorliegen und auch wieder abschließende Fragen beantwortet. Heute habe ich dann die Krankenversicherung abgeschlossen und fühle mich bereits jetzt super gut aufgehoben. Ich weiß, dass ich hier immer einen freundlichen Ansprechpartner habe, der Service groß schreibt und mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht....und man darf eins nicht vergessen....ASSSA biete einen vertraglich garantierten Kündigungsschutz!!!! Etwas, das sehr wichtig ist....sich vorab schlau zu machen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall....Vielen Dank, liebe Edyta

Mucho cuidado con estos piratas médicos, en cuanto quieres darte de baja, por qué no puede hacer frente al pago mensual, te quieren cobrar un año entero, seguido de amenazas y extorsiones de su bufete de abogados, una auténtica vergüenza.... Hay más y mejores mutuas creedme.

Seit sieben Wochen quäle ich mich durch die schlechten Prozesse der Verischerung, beantworte immer wieder dieselben Fragen, sende Unterlagen etc. Leider ohne Ergebnis. Mein Auto wartet seit sieben Wochen auf Reparatur, da die Versicherung, obwohl ein klarer Falle, keine Freigabe erteilt.
Ich bin gezwungen einen Antwort einzuschalten, da ich seit sieben Wochen ohne Auto bin und kein Ende in Sicht ist. Absolut frustrierend, schlechtester und langsamster Service, den ich je erlebt habe.

Das Beratungsgespräch war sehr interessant und aufschlussreich. Edyta von ASSSA in Ciudad Quesada spricht unsere Sprache Deutsch. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigen oder noch Fragen haben können wir uns immer an das Team Quesada wenden.
Alles in allem ist es ein sehr nettes Team.

I have been with ASSSA for many years and the office I am dealing with is in Ciudad Quesada.
The team there is always very friendly and helpful, helping with anything that I am asking for in terms of arranging appointments. This definitely makes it an easier and more personal experience.
A special thank you to Edyta, who is always there for me, giving me that extra advise on best specialists to go to. She has been there for me almost from the beginning and I have always a very positive experience dealing with her and the rest of the team.

Lamentable! Te intentas dar de baja y porque alguien no hace su trabajo te obligan a pagar todo el año porque dicen que es cláusula contractual. En cambio cuando remarcas que te has dado de baja, te extorsionan diciendo que si pagas el 65 % de la anualidad te dan de baja inmediata pero eso sí no puedes usar la Mútua en proporción a ese 65%. A pesar de recalcar la situación económica en la que te encuentras y avisas precisamente para evitar impagos. No tienen vergüenza ni en el hecho en sí ni en el trato ni el tono de la Sra Jennifer Fernández de administración.
Obviamente este hecho se procederá a denunciar ante el colegio de Médicos y ante la Mediadora oficial de mútuas.

My experience with Asssa has always been amazing. Edyta from the Ciudad Quesada office is always so helpful and makes everything so easy, I never have to worry about anything. It really makes all the difference being able to go into an office and talk to someone in person than just dealing with a call center like with a lot of insurance companies.

ASSSA Seguros team in Ciudad Quesada has been amazing to me, if you communicate what you need they always help in any way possible and i would like to point out that Esther is always the best she helps me with everything explaining what i need to do and helps me feel secure & happy with my heath insurance so a massive thank you to Esther & ASSSA team seguros for all that you do!
