We received a cold call from a representative to purchase insurance for our washing machine. To ensure this was not a scam, we requested an email from the Company before making payment. After receiving the email the Rep contacted us, and when we advised him we currently had a policy lasting until December 2024 he became verbally aggressive, complaining he was getting paid by the hour. I am glad I did not take out insurance with this Company. I would rather buy a new appliance than take out a policy with this Company. The Rep needs anger management training.

Horrible contact service
Kaila Cypress emailed me twice but never responded. I left voicemails and no one returned my call. This is horrible service and I will be finding another company to help me. They took away my subsidy with 0 warning. Just suddenly what was a $0 policy was nearly a $500 policy. You suck!

This company gives away your personal…
This company gives away your personal information to strangers.Everytime they call they give me the personal information of a woman named Erma her email, date of birth, address, everything. I have been called from this company to the point of harassment. I was yelled at by a man named Jeremy who claimed to be the supervisor. I have blocked numbers and they call from a new number. I have asked to be removed from their call list they refuse. Even though I tell them that is not me they persist. This is clearly a SCAM or just a really bad company that needs to be (and will be) reported to the BBB. Stop calling me and stop giving away people's personal information.
Too Slow - Too Few Humans - Poor Service
Very slow so I asked for a refund. All I got from my emails was an AUTO RESPONSE email which says:

Gay Glenn was exceptionally polite, patient, through, and professional from the beginning of our call to the end. She listened to me and asked the appropriate questions to know my goals for the insurance I wanted and confirmed what I did not want quickly. She went into great detail about the plan being offered and frequently made sure I understood what she meant by what she was saying. At the beginning of the phone call all I wanted was some information about what was available; by the end of the call I purchased the insurance.

Travis was very courteous and professional. He had a firm grasp on the ins and outs of insurance and was helpful in making my decision.
Jeremy unprofessionally compromised customer's private information
I received multiple calls intended for a certain customer (whom I've never heard of). I explained to the first three agents that they had the wrong number. They apologized and courteously hung up. Then Jeremy called and didn't even verify whether I was the customer or not, and hastily began to share the customer's personal information. I tried to tell him he had the wrong number, but he grew angry and demanded to know whether I lived in such and such place and whether the customer still lived there. I said, Sir, you have the wrong number. I don't know this person, I've never heard of this person. Before I could say all that, he hung up. No apology, no "have a nice day". Jeremy was extremely rude and unprofessional. My main concern, however, is that he compromised the privacy and security of one of his customers. I hope the matter is handled speedily for the sake of those who depend on Assurance to help take care of them and their families.

I give Ms. Gay the agent 150k percent rating of awesome. I give the computer system a negative 150k. The technical issues were horrible. Ms. Gay did a wonderful job.
