This is the best hosting I have used.
the performance is overall good and I have never had a problem with the hosting.
the hosting is still in beta and there can be bugs but it's still good!
Founders and the staff team is very friendly and good!

The service (hosting) is very good (what would you like for the price of $0/forever), but the staff team is way too rude:
I asked: "I'm just wondering, what software did you use to create the animation? Like the one in #info"
And I got this response: "There a thing called google were u can get your answers"
I know I could look for software to make animations, I know many but I asking what software THEY use...
I will welcome response like "Sorry, we cannot tell you." or something like that...
Edit: after the owner response on Discord that everyone has different thoughts, I just (with my thoughts) find it very rude. Also I just asking WHAT software they use, not anything like they are an animation company or wth-
Edit2: The owner apologized to me.
Edit: They trying to shutdown this review - got email from trustpilot that they need more infomation to better help me - how? I dont have order number and will NOT provide my telehpone number to these guys

We are a hosting related company at heart dear. Not an animation company / Animation Software Company. I feel as what our staff told you was right as at front I the owner myself create those and the staff do not know anything regarding marketing material and etc.
But as your were offended by the staff teams conduct, Let's take a step back and realize that if you really want to know about animations the quick google search will show you things like Adobe after effects, flash and etc. And like I said trade secrets are not shared with the costumer.

We are a part of Corelink Global, the supposed hosting company he is ban from. To be clear he left astral and later received a ban ( This was not my idea at all, but rather the whole team's ) . Afterwards we have decided to simply drop him from all Corelink related companies.

First off, there are stuff that makes this host the best.
1. Great support - they knew what they were doing and they were kind
2. Good UI - the UI on the dash and panel are great
3. Good nodes - I saw on your status page that there is 100% uptime on all nodes! Except france which is in maintenance.. but oh well!
Anyway, I hope this host has a lovely future.

I see Many Potential in Astral Cloud.
The Website looks really nice and professionell.
But the Servers are "Bad".
not from the Performance (I couldnt test it)
The Servers install an Wrong Java Version to run an Minecraft Server.
after the Support (Supporter: Nadhi - Founder) installed the right version and started the Server succesfully i couldnt join. The Support told me to delete the Server (16 GB Node) and install an 120 GB Node Server. I tried to do this but then it says Failed to create Server. It seems to be an Outage currently. Its an new hoster and isnt the best. Ive sawn Many worst hosters to host servers on.
I may Update this Review in the future. To see if Astral Cloud did better.

The dashboard had errors creating your server in the 120gb node. And all Minecraft server come preinstalled with java version 8. Its the user's choice to go beyond that! This hosting is the most reliable hosting i was ever in. It survive more than a month so it is not a summer host and the staff and owners are very nice and better than most hosts.
