They delivered on customer service what’s others couldnt !

Having been let down twice from other sources trying to purchase a pair of Platform Uggs for my daughter for Christmas, I found Sneekersfromtom. I pinged to say I was over in the UK to see my mum from Ireland and their excellent customer service kicked in. So grateful for the personal touch , which can be so rare these days. Amazing - well done would highly recommend. Uggs safely back in Ireland with me, can’t wait to see my daughters face on the 25th! 🎅☺️

Amazing Service!

Really good service! My first order didn’t fit me and within 2 days I already received the correct size. I will definitely be using them again!

Been trying to get hold of a pair of…

Been trying to get hold of a pair of dunks for ages. Found this site through somebody I follow on Instagram. Looked at previous reviews to see if I could trust that these would be genuine. Quick delivery. Happy with my purchase!

Value for money

Bought sweatshirt as a gift for my daughter. Might appear pricey but she already has one from this range and it still looks new despite all the washing. Delivered speedily

Look like cheap copies

Already ordered from stockX,bought wrong size, ordered from SNT,not as good quality,look like cheaper version,wish I’d ordered correct ones again from StockX,definitely much better quality 🤬

Thanks for providing your feedback. We are still slightly confused here at Sneakersfromtom by your review and we have been communicating with you via email to understand how we can assist further.

We offer a 7 day return policy, for customers to return should they not be happy, however we have not received any form of request to action this. We have offered you the opportunity to speak to us a number of times, however we have had very little response.
