I bought 3 painting from this company all at the same time (I should have waited for them to complete 1 and only then should I have ordered 2 more if I was satisfied, that's on me!).
Painting 1 = I would give it 6 out of 10.
Painting 2 = hardly 2 out of 10.
Painting 3 = this was supposed to be a sunset over water. After what felt like "14" redos and refusing to cancel my order, I finally agreed to have them ship it to me. It is even worse in person. There are blotches everywhere. Depth perception is still horrible. The sky is just blobs of orange paint brushes. if i could give it MINUS 10 out of 10 I would do it.What a horrible experience. NOT recommended.
My experience has been beyond my expectations. When one of my paintings was damaged during shipping AtelierOil responded with exceptional service. Provided me with an alternative for replacement. I am extremely grateful and happy with my painting as well working with such a professional team of talented artists and staff.
I had an excellent experience with this company. After the painting was finished, I was able to review and approve the art before shipping. It arrived quickly and looks fabulous. The frame (I chose a floating frame) is very well made and perfect for the art. Will definitely order from AtelierOil again!
