I’m very disappointed with my recent…
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. During my order, I noticed that one of the products was missing. When I contacted customer service, I was told that nothing could be done and that the company insists the order was shipped completely which is simply not true.
I have never had any complaints about this company before, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Love balance
Quick delivery. Communication great on where to pick up. Sports bra Driver is looking fantastic. Balance top/tshirts doesn't have pads so if you dont want your nippels to show when it's cold it's not for you. Balance leggings and shorts are fitting perfectly, stays in place. Fabric is breathable and fits like a second skin.
I would like more colours in the Balance line. I would definetly buy more

Great experience
I bought a pair of sports leggings from Athletic Bee and loved them right away. They stayed perfectly in place at the waist, unlike most leggings and looked absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, they ripped during a workout, but the team responded quickly and resolved the issue in just few days. Overall, it turned out to be a great experience!

Ik heb een tijdje geleden besteld bij Atheltic Bee en ben enorm tevreden van de producten. De klantenservice was enorm goed wanneer ik vragen had over het wisselen van een item, ik werd super snel en heel goed geholpen! Hier ga ik zeker meer bestellen!! 😊😊

Wat vervelend om te horen dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad, dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling.
We hebben je naam momenteel niet kunnen terugvinden in onze mail, waardoor het erop lijkt dat er mogelijk iets mis is gegaan in het contact. Het kan ook voorkomen dat onze reactie in de spamfolder terechtkomt.

Verkeerde kleur bij bestelling.
Ik heb een bestelling gedaan en het kwam vrijwel snel aan. Ik ben verliefd op de leggings. Alleen the top die ik had besteld was in de verkeerde kleur. Ik kon nergens op hun webiste vinden hoe je iets kon retouren en daarnaast kreeg ik geen antwoord op mijn mail naar hun support. Ik vind het echt jammer omdat een vriendin deze merk heeft aangeraden. Maar helaas zal ik niet meer bestellen als de klantenservice zo slecht is.
