A scam and spam site has been sending my dozen of emails per day basis.I am tired of unsubscribing this Shit.

Getting spammed constantly by them. If you are receiving spam mail the way to properly unsubscribe is:
1. Click the Unsubscribe button in the spam email you got
2. Fill in your email and select Unsubscribe
IMPORTANT: THIS WILL REDIRECT YOU TO A NEW PAGE. STAY ON THAT PAGE AND CONTINUE FROM HERE
3. On the page it redirects to you (For me it was athomedaily.com) scroll to the bottom and select "Website Terms of Use" (The ToS option).
4. Scroll to the bottom of the ToS and look for the "Opting Out" section
5. Click the link to Opt Out and input your email.

From here, this should unsubscribe you from all future spam emails from this agency.

You cannot unsubscribe from the emails directly. You have to go to the website (the one you get stuck on when you attempt to unsubscribe). Scroll down to the Website Terms of Use link at the bottom of the page. Click that and scroll again to the bottom of the page for the opt out link. This one actually confirms you will be removed from the FigJam list. The FigJam website mentioned in other posts has been taken down.

I ordered a dog lamp on the 13th November and was told I would receive it in five days. As yet I haven’t received it.
After many attempts to contact the firm no reply.

These folks have clearly found a "clever" way of bypassing the anti-spam and unsubscribe laws. Yay for them (not). As someone else said to really unsubscribe: go to the contact page of figjampublishing.com and follow the instructions to opt-out there. Also consider submitting a bad review of figjampublishing - what an annoying bunch of shysters they are.

Does anyone know of their physical locations?

So if you’re reading this because you were looking for help on Google, hope this works for you as well!

adding onto the pile of annoyed people unable to unsubscribe from these worthless emails. NO mailing list ever takes “ten days” to unsubscribe, it is ALWAYS one button press, but not with these people. these are true demons who only wish to worsen the lives of others. hopefully they lose the ability to do this, these people shouldn’t be allowed internet access.

Everyday I get spam from this website but it is sold through a third company so I continue to get them from various companies with different email address's. I have never even been to this site nor do I have any interest.

Horrible spam site keep sending spam e-mail via many different content. Wish there is a way to sue the company.

Stop spamming me w/ daily email. Every time I delete your spam I get another the next day. This is a Spam site that needs to be removed from the internet forever, please make it happen STAT!

There should be a EMAIL JAIL for theses idiots. I have tried 50 times to stop there constant bombardment by unsubscribing to the tidal wave of useless crap they are sending me.

I have unsubscribed and blocked dozens of emails and keep getting them!!!!!! Many many many times a day!!!! How is this not illegal?!?!?

This organisation is an absolute disgrace! They are so desperate for subscribers, even when you haven't signed up to get their emails, you unsubscribe from receiving them, as I have done over 50 times, this very poor excuse for an organisation still keeps sending emails that are not wanted. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and will escalate this the Federal Trade Commission. Athomedaily are absolutely despicable!
