I’ve used gorilla ship for the past 8…

I’ve used gorilla ship for the past 8 months and the service is absolutely above and beyond. It’s exceptional and these trolls in the reviews previous to this clearly don’t use this company.
I have trusted this business with millions of pounds worth of stock and items - it is always quick and easy , fast and efficient and a service which I recommend to similar people in my industry daily.

It is ran by a top bloke who has his clients at heart and his number 1 priority at all times.

I will continue to use this service they provide and will always continue to speak good about a great company.

Lost Valuable Cards worth thousands of dollars, No Compensation, No Tracking, No Accountability.

Lost me thousands of dollars worth of rare collectibles. Refused to assist me and in reimburing me. Treated me like garbage after months of delays and lying about the status and whereabouts of my items

For a collectible card forwarding service, the responsibility is simple: take care of valuable items and ensure they arrive safely to their owner. And it has failed on both of these fronts repeatedly, and if you are forwarding anything of value, I strongly recommend staying away.

I chose this company after seeing a recommendation on Reddit to forward my valuable collectible cards internationally, and I fully regret making that decision. Gorillaship previously operated from multiple locations: one in the UK run by Adam and one in the US run by Christian, which seemed like a great deal, but after the business split, it became a one-man operation that is riddled with errors, delays, and a severe lack of communication.

During the separation, they lost a package containing valuable cards and sealed products and refused to help or compensate me for it. For nearly a year afterward, I was repeatedly ghosted or received delayed responses, with neither Adam nor Christian assuming responsibility. Eventually, instead of reimbursement, I was offered “free shipping” for my remaining items.

In addition, I was not reimbursed for an item they lost, despite this supposedly being their policy, and I was forced to re-order it at my own expense. At the same time, I was told my account would be closed acter my next shipment, which felt more like punishment than resolution.

That replacement shipment was then repeatedly delayed for months until I messages them a legal threat. And while I happened to be visiting the US, I asked for the package to be shipped directly to the address where I was staying for a week. He agreed to it and I was told it would take just one day to arrive. Despite that, the shipment was not released or sent until I was already about to fly back home.

When I urgently contacted him, I was told they had simply forgotten to release the shipment. Instead of acknowledging his mistake, when I asked for the tracking number, which is the bare minimum any forwarding service should provide. I was told no assistance would be provided until after Christmas.

I explained that this was urgent, as I am currently in the US and need to know whether I must delay my flight, and whether the package is even arriving at all, as I received no SMS updates, no tracking number, and was left completely in the dark. The response I received was:

“I can assure you that there is no urgency that is going to make me leave my family and work today.”

This perfectly summarizes how much he cares about his business, you as a customer. And most importantly: your valuable collectible items. This was a truly miserable experience, and what was supposed to save me money ended up costing me a significant amount instead, including irreplaceable items I cannot ever get again.

***Update***

After aplitting my package to 3 for no apparent reason, one of the boxes, worth over a thousand dollars was "mysteriously" lost.

He then contacted me today and demanded I remove my reviews as a condition to helping me retrieve MY items he mislabeled. And threatened to sue defamation against my family members who have nothing to do with this.

This has absolutely devasted me as a collector. I don't think I can recop this lods and I think I might have to give up the hobby.

Not sure how these are 5 stars, awful!

If you want a card lost due to either poor handing or theft this is your first choice! I had a card valued at around £400-500 go missing after not recieving it from the US. I was told that they've never seen my card and since it had been a month since it got delivered to them my insurance is voided which isn't even a legal as I was insured when the card was delivered to them. I was then given multiple excuses of how this card had dissappeared such as the 'seller not being sending it' (video proof of original seller sending the card) "it got chucked in the bin' 'it fell on the floor' 'it got sent to the wrong person' I was then told 'I was grasping at the straws' for calling them out about it and all I was offered for the loss? A year subscription to them so I can have another card stolen.

Highly recommend using GorillaShip

Highly recommend using GorillaShip when purchasing items from the US. Christian is so helpful, and always happy to answer any questions I have. Also, how many companies actively go the extra mile to save you money? That's exactly what GorillaShip do, time and time again. Fantastic service always, and integral in getting the latest products quickly to our business in the UK.

Best in the game and it's not even close. Whilst many are in this purely for the money, Gorillaship value their customers and are always willing to help with anything. I've been using their service for 2 years now and I've never had any issues. Reliable, safe & great value for what they offer.

Don’t even know we’re to start

Don’t even know we’re to start, I’ve had my locker just over a year now with gorillaship and Christian has got everything So organised it makes everything so so simple genuinely lost for words i requested my shipment Thursday night and it’s arrived today, such a quick turnaround everything arrived very well packaged and Christian goes out of his way to help you out I can’t recommend gorillaship enough

ONLY use GorillaShip!

Wow, just wow! What a service they offer from US to UK I wouldn’t recommend using anyone else. GorillaShip accept your delivery update you via google docs then you chose when to dispatch it’s so seem less! If you need to hold some goods in the US for later also this is the perfect way of doing so. I’ve never been so happy with an international service! If you are shipping US to UK highly recommend you won’t regret it! - FK467
