Rude Staff of Reservation Desk
We booked on 05/01/2025 for our daughter's graduation surprise. We decorated the room and put our surprise gift for her inside the room. The next day after the graduation and we finished our dinner we went to our room 929 for the surprise for our daughter When we try to open the door the card doesn't work. We tried for many times but it's not working. So went to the reception desk and here comes the Indian receptionist zero customer service. instead of helping you out because of the problem that they gave us of the door that doesn't open. So, we ask her if there's a chance for a payment refund since we have not used the room because u can't open it. They said they send Engineering to fix it, but She blamed us because we put Privacy Sign on the door and it's their policy not to fix it, I understand about that. So, I requested the manager so I can ask her if she can help us but here comes the shift manager twice as rude as the Indian receptionist. It's a blame game it's your fault that the engineering personnel cannot fix your door to let you in because you put the Privacy sign on the door. For God's sake just help us get into the room you already ruined the moment of my daughter's graduation surprise because we can't get in. So, it's the customer 's fault that we can't access our room because the battery of the door is dead. No refund because we gave amazing customer service, so you need to be charge for that. Thank you So much Atlantis Casino and Resort for this experience We will remember this experience and it will be the last one for sure.
