I have used you guys without a problem going back years. However, the last batch I got of Delta-9 gummies were lackluster at best.

My husband LOVES these.. They help him sleep all the way through the night without waking OR snoring. He has some health issues so this is a WIN for everyone.

I’ve been ordering from Atlantis Organics for four years since I moved to a state that requires a medical card.
This has been a great alternative to THC products. Really helps with my sleep and body pains from too much manual labor.
It takes me about 45 minutes to feel the effects of the gummies. It lasts for several hours.
Great customer support and fast shipment. Takes about 7-10 to receive shipment depending on availability of product.

Even though the product was sent with an ice pack the shipment took too long and the product melted and leaked out. Shipments in the summer need to be faster.

I orderd a sizeable amount of product from you but you still haven't confirmed my delivery date or even sent a tracking number after my order was placed 7/9 days ago. You advertised your Dragonfruit
gummies that were on sale but they were out of stock...I replied to your email Tues where you asked me if a substitute flavor was ok. I replied stating yes your melon bomb flavor would be ok but have yet to get a reply to that email stating delivery, etc. The way I see it you could of sent me the other half of my order with the delivery date of last Saturday that you originally projected, but instead you emailed me over a holiday weekend Sunday that I didn't catch until Tuesday, I originally ordered 5/21...Your original email said delivery would be last Saturday which I waited around for to no avail...personally I'd be ok if you canceled my order and refunded my close to 500$ order. I don't like doing business with people that don't communicate with me.

The fact that the products are now arriving in plastic is very unappealing to me as the plastic gets a lot colder than glass and in the winter the gummy show up frozen and in the summer they show up melted I wish you would go back to glass but I'm sure you won't

Waited a month and a half for my order to even get to UPS. I received notice that it would arrive 2 weeks after ordering but I watched the tracking never change from "label created". I tried constantly to get into contact with ANYBODY from this place with no response. It wasn't until we direct messaged their account on FACEBOOK of all places that we got a hold of the EX OWNER, who managed to inform us that there was a delay and they wouldn't be restocking the things we ordered. I guess they wouldn't tell us that until they felt up to it?

They have clearly displayed how much they value their returning customers.

I'm unsure what is going on with my order! First I received a message that it would be delivered on Tuesday, then received another message my order would be delivered on Wednesday, between 12:30 - 4:30. Never came! Today is now Thursday I have not received another message about my order. I realize things happen, but I thought that I would be told about another delay. It was out for delivery!

I love AO!!! Been ordering since 2020 and though the gummy‘s have changed the effects ever made the same! Delivery is fast! Amazing for pain relief especially as a former dancer. PS we missed the glass jars, but totally understand why economical for you to switch to the plastic.
