Atlas Silver Leather bracelets
I have had two Altas bracelets on my wrists for over 3 years now and they have become part of who I am.
For me, the combination of leather and silver feels just right and they look as stylish today as ever.

Horrible experience
I bought 3 bracelets from a stand they had in Peter Jones (London).
After a few months one of them snapped so they advised me to send it in and they’ll fix or replace it.
That is the last time I saw my bracelet.
The messing around with excuses and empty promises started in 2024.
They have not sent out any replacements and stopped all messages.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I’m surprised they allow to run a business like this!!!

We are genuinely sorry you have had a bad experience. However, your review contains several statements that are factually incorrect, and we feel it’s important to clarify the situation accurately and transparently.
First, to be clear: we take repairs, aftercare, and customer satisfaction extremely seriously. We repair and replace pieces routinely and without issue, and we would very much like to resolve this for you.
After you returned the bracelet for repair, we attempted to send the repaired piece back to the address provided on multiple occasions. Each shipment was returned to us marked undeliverable. While we fully acknowledge that postal issues can occur and have become worse this past year, we then made several attempts to contact you by email to confirm or update your delivery details. We regularly have issues with Royal Mail but they all get resolved in the end because customers contact us and stay in touch.
Unfortunately, we never received a response or any contact from you and it seemed pointless to repeatedly send it to the same address that clearly was not working.
We offer multiple clearly signposted contact routes - including email, website chat, and WhatsApp - none of which were used to reach out to us at any point. At no stage did we “stop all messages”; rather, we received no reply to repeated attempts to contact you to resolve the issue.
We stand by our products and our service, but we cannot complete a repair or replacement if parcels cannot be delivered and we are unable to make contact.
That said, we would still like to resolve this properly. If you are willing, please contact us on any one of the multiple touch points described above with a confirmed delivery address, and we will prioritise getting your bracelet back to you and communicate with you throughout the process once we have contact so that there is a record of what transpires.
We do, however, need to be clear that the assumptions made in your public review - particularly suggestions of dishonesty or negligence - are grossly inaccurate and in no way a reflection of what actually occurred. Your misjudgement and assumptions are genuinely disappointing, especially given that no attempt was made by you to ever contact us before posting this untrue, damaging and inconsiderate review.
We hope you’ll take this opportunity to engage with us directly instead of lashing out at us with a factually incorrect negative review so we can finally bring this to a fair and constructive resolution.

We're sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately we have limited control over Royal Mail have delivery issues, but in this case they completely lost the package. We contacted you to give you updates and even made a new piece to send out if they took to long. Our sincere apologies if we didn't stay in communication enough to make you feel it was being dealt with properly. Again, apologies for the bad experience - never our intention.

Atlas' unique designs, superior quality, and excellent customer service has made me redefine the way I convey my personality through wearables. I have not come across any other brand like Atlas!

Trinity bracelet - high quality, aesthetic, durable
My wife and I decided a few years ago that we had completed our family and so I was looking for something really personal and high quality that I could wear to signify my family unit. I went for a Trinity bison leather and copper ring bracelet which I purchased in 2021. My youngest two are now 9 and I'm delighted to say my bracelet is still as great as the day I got it. I wear it all the time (shower/sports/DIY), do no maintenance at all and its perfect. You get what you pay for and I'm in the process of adding another one - bracelets, not kids!
