I had to cancel my subscription with this company because they did not fill 2 months of orders. I have had multiple emails with the company repeatedly saying they will fill the orders over the span of 3 months. I can't recommend this company, they are not concerned in the slightest about taking people's money and never delivering on the product that they promise.

I have not received 4 months worth of orders this year (Feb, Mar, Apr, & May). I have received 0 response from anyone about these orders. Respond to my calls and emails, please.

Atlas bullion never answers the phone, never returns emails, never returns voicemails, and refuses to provide tracking numbers, or communicate with the buyer whatsoever.

If you purchase from this company, there will be zero communication. You will just sit and wait, and pray that your item eventually arrives.

How this company stays in business is absolutely beyond me. I have been buying and selling precious metals from dealers for 30 years, and have never seen this level of unprofessionalism and negligence.

Atlas Bullions prices are often lower than the competition, but the headaches and frustration the buyer has to endure isn't worth it.

You have been warned.

Very user friendly, and no effort subscription service. Also, if there is a hiccup with an order or shipping you can contact the owner herself and it is resolved.

Got different coins than I ordered without a receipt of what cost difference was - I emailed inquiring and never got an answer.

Subscription is easy and what I received truly seems great and selected with care. It's a nice way to consistently get the metals I want.

Atlas customer service is fantastic and talking to Kenzie is wonderful. I just wish I can see her face. Well keep up the great work and hopefully I see you some day.

I go to Atlas Bullion for all of my metal purchase. Atlas Bullion offers the best pricing (I've compared them to Battalion Metals and APMEX) and amazing customer service. The owner promptly responds to all of my questions related to either my specific purchase questions or metal markets in general. The owner also notifies me of any shipment delays and offer accommodations to make up for them. I love Atlas Bullion.

I am unable to access my account, and the support page on the website has not responded to multiple messages of me asking to change or cancel my subscription.

With the rising of precious metal prices, the quality of items in the subscription has decreased; when reviewing what they send to other vendors/sites online the values are overstated.

I liked that I got what I ordered in a reasonable time, and it arrived in a secure, inconspicuous package. I didn't like that the package was unnecessarily annoying to open (it was wrapped in many layers of tape).

I was new to the metal market and Kenzie was such a help making my purchase reassuring and comfortable as possible.
