sent 3 emails no response trying to chase up delivery no update given parcel arrived after 9 days should have been delivered 3 days after order which i paid for dumped on door i was as work came home to find it live chat email no response wont use again order came too late 8 days to send!!!

Bonjour - Commande passée et reçue rapidement. Par contre j'ai du retourner un article qui ne correspondait pas à la taille . Sur le site il est mentionné que le remboursement intervient sous 14 jours après avoir signalé l'intention du retour.(12 mai 2026) Cette allégation est mensongère. N'ayant pas de remboursement après 14 jours et après m'être assuré que le colis leur était bien parvenue (21 mai 2026) j'ai appris par téléphone le 29 mai 2026 que je devais patienter environ 3 semaines pour que le colis soit déballé. Celà est inadmissible et relève de la publicité mensongère. Je vais en informer la répression des fraudes du 27, afin que cela cesse.

My mother (who is a pensioner) placed an order December 2024 - the trousers were out of stock and you said you would forward them on. 5 months later she is still having to call your .13p per minute to chase a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. FYI order number 67443132 if you can be bothered to investigate!!

I’ve made two substantial clothing purchases from this company. The first was excellent — smooth ordering, prompt delivery, and good product quality. Unfortunately, my second experience has been the complete opposite.

When placing my second order, I attempted to use a discount code that had been emailed to me. As soon as I entered it, the prices on the website changed, but not to the correct values, and the system wouldn’t allow me to proceed. I contacted Customer Service, and to their credit, they replied the next day to explain that I had already used the code on my first order — something I had simply forgotten. Fair enough.

I placed the order the following day and the items arrived promptly. However, on unpacking them, I discovered that one of the t shirts had a clear imperfection in the material. I immediately emailed Customer Service with a full explanation and a photo. Over the course of a week, I have now sent three emails. All have been opened — I’m receiving read receipts — yet none have been answered.

This is in stark contrast to the quick response I received regarding the discount code. When it comes to resolving a quality issue, the silence is remarkable.

What makes this even more disappointing is the complete absence of any goodwill gesture or even basic acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. For a company I had previously trusted enough to place two sizeable orders with, this level of customer care is simply not acceptable.

At this point, I’m left with a faulty item, unanswered emails, and the clear impression that once they have your money, the aftercare evaporates. A real shame, and not the experience I expected.

I13th May 2026 I ordered a pair of shoes and some ''T'' shirts. Total £ 48 . 98p , money was taken from my bank 14th May. Recieved email stating '' T '' shirts out of stock then when I visited the website I discovered the shoes were out of stock as well. No indication as to when I would rceive either item. So on Tuesday 19th May at 11 : 39 I messaged Atlas using their on site form telling them I wished to cancel the order and requested a full refund. Only respoinse was that a member of the team would be in touch within 48 hours. STILL WAITING. A truly great system Atlas have they take your money then tell you they don't have the goods but when you ask for your money back they JUST IGNORE YOU. I have no intention of letting this matter drop and I will update TrustPilot if and when I here anything.
Stuart Shaw.Just an update Atlasformen posted on my account 22nd May that a refund is in progress 31_HPCC . So far nothing has been refunded and when I asked for a progress report they, as usual, ignored me, I didn't think this company could get any worse but unfortunately I was wrong.

Dont even bother buying,bought £40 worth of tops in march,sent way too big items.sent xxxl,wen i asked for xl.sent them back told i had to give themthe returns slip number which i did,they said it didnt exist,then send email saying theyve had them back,il get refund in nxt 21 days.ive been in hospital 3weeks still not showwing in my bank acct ,,shocking terible customer service

I sent a shirt back because it was far to big, it had been in my opinion wrongly sized, I got a confirmation on ( Wed 1 Apr at 12:32) thanking me for dropping the item of and an email stating that they were processing my refund as of the 8th April, however after a while I still had not got my money back, when I sent an email asking why they said it takes 2 to 6 weeks, after the 6 weeks still no sign of the money so I sent another email and guess what, they told me I have to wait up to another 6 weeks, I suggest you think do I really need this item from this company, because if there is a problem with you will need the patience of a saint, I will never buy from them again.

Ordered T shirts and polo shirts on 20th April 2026 paid with debit card. The order was acknowledge and I was informed delivery would be made by Evri. Several days later I was contacted by Evri and informed that my order had been severely damaged and could not be delivered.I then informed AfM of the fact. I was then offered a replacement order or a refund. I opted for another
order.
Since then despite several enquiry messages from me I have not received anything back from AfM. I feel that I have been completely ignored and blocked from their web site.
Its so frustrating and I have never experienced this type of behaviour in all my dealings on the internet.
I no longer want a replacement order ,but a total refund of the money paid by me.Thats if I can get through to them .
A international company like AfM should have concern and a care for all its customers not just for the satisfied ones.

Even after the reply from Atlas for Men below, they have STILL NOT CONTACTED ME or refunded me for my order RETURNED IN FEBRUARY - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This is a further review after my previous one complaining about the lack of a refund after 2 months. It is now over 3 months since I returned the items and I have still not received a refund. This company is breaking UK Consumer Rights regulations, which state that refunds have to be made within 14 days. How they get away with this is beyond me. I have emailed them every day, I have threatened legal action, I have written to Money Mail for their help, but nothing seems to get through to them. This firm should be avoided at all costs. Yes, they have good reviews from people who haven't had to return anything, but if you expect to get a refund for anything then you'll be disappointed. Atlas for Men are a complete con, even the clothes they advertise as being "less than half price" have never been sold at the full price (who'd buy 4 tops for £95??) I bet I don't get a reply from customer services on here, they only reply to good reviews.

To me this is a one stop shopping for cloths for me, what I really, really like about atlas for men is they do large sizes. I usually order 4xl which for is a size other places just don't do or charge more for, I am glad over the last few months dropped a size to 3xl. the only negative I have is shoe sizes they go to a size 11, sadly I am a 12 so have to get my shoes elsewhere but cloths very reasonably priced and outstanding prices.

The positive is if you spent a certain amount you get free delivery, sometimes they give a free gift which some are useful but some I just don't want. But every now and then they give a offer maybe 10% to 20% further off and the greatest thing they accept Paypal so don't need to register can buy as a guest. So certainly can recommend this for your cloths as been a customer for just over 3 years. I used to deal with Premier Men but they was expensive as Atlas for men more affordable prices and to be honest I don't think many can beat there quality.

I paid £20 for 7 T Shirts and they are very good quality , I normally pay Around £10 for one in the UK ,I actually Ordered another 6 with Patterns and they only cost £15 pounds ,Very Pleased

All products fit well and are good quality.

I'm not on this Earth to give a written appraisal of everything I buy. If a product falls below the expected standard you'll hear about it soon enough.

atlasformen will not send me my my refund. They have have the returned goods for more than 6 weeks! Do NOT use them if you think you may need to send any goods back

Received my pack of 6 t-shirts today for my hubby and must say they are really nice. Good size, well made and good colours. Was well impressed as they were only £14.99. Took awhile to arrive but worth the wait. Will definitely order again when needed. Thank you.

I had never heard of this company until November last year I have waited 6 months for a refund for my elderly dad and they still say to wait £60 my dad is deaf and vunerable and need help and costomers service are rude and have not helped with this at all I’ve been waiting for past 2 weeks for a manager to ring me but here we are don’t waste your money you don’t get it back and from the experience I’ve received go else were because costomers who spend money are worth helping

Absolute trash company, useless. Lower than feces. On 2 separate occasions, I was sent different sizes of t-shirts I had purchased through Bohoo/Debenhams. I do not understand how tf you can't get a size right.

I ordered a jacket for myself and a polo shirt for my brother, so far I have received the jacket but not the polo shirt. The order was placed on the 22nd of April and is now the 11th of May. I am not very happy.
