Excellent service received on the day from Lorenzo and Sunny. Appreciated their help when it was truly needed. Much better than the eservice I have received at other rival storage facilities.

With less than 24hrs to move all my families worldly possessions out of our home I was relieved with Attic storage, and especially the help of Kapil Paul to get me set up in record time. Unlike other places that close at 9pm, Attic is open 24/7 and that unlimited access is what I needed desperately. The facilities are clean and the easy to navigate and Kapil was able to get me the best storage for my needs. I would not have achieved what I needed to in the limited time frame I had without Kapil’s help for which I am extremely grateful

These guys are solid. Josh, Shah and Chad have always been mega helpful. Always welcoming and ensure you feel supported at the storage unit. They are never frustrated or annoyed at requests. Top team and great storage service.

Darren went out of the way and explained the facility and options to rent for various tenor. The facility itself was very clean and automated.

Following a quotation online, I contacted Beckton store to understand the full details of the contract. The person was very friendly and professional however, they advertised online that the minimum stay is 2 weeks but the gentleman says no the minimum stay in Beckton is 4 weeks. When I mentioned that I do not need 4 weeks, I've been told oh but 2 weeks are free. If it's free why don't you keep it and let me pay for the only 2 weeks I need? False advertisement and misleading quotation.

Shah and Yassin have gone above and beyond to help me. They are a testament to the reasons attic storage is amazing. Their service and attention to customer needs is exceptional.

Nurul was top tier in his customer service he treated me with respect and patience. i struggle with the pace of my speaking and it frustrates people but he was so kind and explained everything even though it was my daughter who took the storage. honestly having people like him there makes me feel comfortable and im happy to pay more knowing attic have people like him there.

Site was very clean. The staff members that helped me Shah, Adel, Mo and Nurul were all great help and got everything done quickly

Excellent service and the prices are better than anywhere else. Security system is fantastic and staff are very helpful with giving you all information. I would definitely recommend the public to use Attic self storage.

I wanted to move my storage unit to one closer to home. Asked for an online quote and within minutes received a call from Adel asking about my requirements and outlining the process and prices if I used Attic.
I visited the branch at Beckton that day and met with Adel who showed me the unit and offered a variety of storage sizes.
I completed the online sign up later that week and visited again to confirm payment etc.
Not so savvy with my phone but Adel helped me download the correct app, connect and then showed me how the app worked for access to my unit.
Extremely happy with my experience so far. Everyone has been polite and helpful and the moving of my items went well.
