The space (New Southgate) is immaculately clean and well organised and the staff - Angela and Gareth were very welcoming and helpful. The unit was a very good price. The welcome voucher to buy moving boxes etc and the coffee were a bonus. I’d definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Attic Storage thanks to Darren and Gareth. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and completely at ease. They were extremely thorough in their explanations, taking the time to walk us through everything clearly and answer all of our questions.

The tour of the storage facility was excellent and really reassured us that our belongings would be safe and well looked after. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I would highly recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place. We will definitely be using Attic Storage again for any future needs. Thank you again to Darren and Gareth for such fantastic service!

Place looks perfect but you might get surprised... For example: Delay one payment and we'll lock you out, without even noticing you; Just when I thought I've found the perfect place. But it isn't!

What happened in short:

1: Once the direct debit didn't go through, my app got locked right away, Without Even Being Notified
2: Charged £ 42 for 2 days of delayed payment, which is, of course, "legal" theft
3: After paying the full amount, I DID ASKED THE LADY IF EVERYTHING IS FINE
AS I DON'T WANT TO GET THERE AND HAVE SURPRISES, AND SHE SAID " NO PROBLEMS, YOU WON'T HAVE ANY SURPRISES"
I've got there in the evening of 31st December in order to pick up my amp and speakers as I've had a gig to play
Once I've got there, the app didn't work, I've had no options, EVEN DTHOUGH I'VE BEEN ASSURED BY THE LADY WHO COLLECTED MY PAYMENT
THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE IN FULL WORKING ORDER
I've lost my £ 200 gig and also got my NYE ruined!

The facility is state-of-the-art, fully step-free, clean, bright, and smells nice (calming music plays too!). Security is simple and modern: no padlock needed, as everything is controlled via their excellent app.

The team is amazing, professional, and reliable. I especially want to commend Daniel—he goes above and beyond, providing professional support and even mentioning a free voucher for boxes and tapes, which was hugely helpful!
