I had a lovely experience with Attic. Rhiannon, Maria and Ess all provided an easy check in process, being really helpful throughout the whole thing. After spending the last 12 years moving things around to different storage units, I have to say that these are the best so far.

I dealt only with Ihsan and he was fantastic. He was really helpful, incredibly response and very friendly. He was able to help me work out exactly what I needed and really delivered.

Rhiannon made the whole experience a positive one. She was great and incredibly helpful without being at all pushy. She took the time to show us the facilities available to us so that we could make the best choice for ourselves. I would highly recommended Attic storage to friends and family.

I was having work done on my flat (namely damp treatment in 3 rooms). A friend suggested storing some of my belongings to make access easier for the people doing the work.
Having looked up Attic Storage Staples Corner online and having called them we arrived with a car load of boxes and bags. We were warmly greeted by Rhiannon Dorset who could not have been friendlier and kinder.
She gave us a guided tour to Attic which is very new and high tech with an app system. She made the process of selecting a unit of the correct size so easy because she was so patient and I felt reassured because this was quite an important decision for me. She also helped me navigate the key card system which was new to me and explained the payment process in an impressively professional way.

Rhiannon was professional and efficient making my experience straightforward and easy. Rhiannon's customer service was excellent answering all my questions and providing me with a positive experience. The price is right and access is easy with a few simple steps to set up the app.

The unit is very simple to use and is open 24/7.

I dialled in and got a good rate on this brand new facility. Maria, Rhiannon and Ihsan helped me with checking into the facility and got me a locker of my choice. Parking at the facility is convenient and so are the trolleys to transfer the things into storage
