At Sunbury, Angela explained how everything would work. She was really pleasant and it was easy to make the decision to store things immediately.
Kat was also amazingly helpful when we arrived. She showed us all of the facilities and took us up to the storage unit. I was really impressed with her enthusiasm and how well lit each storage floor is. Everything works via the app from opening the entrance gates, shutter to lift area, lift, storage unit to leaving at the exit gate.

This storage location is very clean and functional. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are work pods, kitchen, great loading access, parking and 24 hour access. What more could you want?

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Attic Self Storage in Sunbury. I’ve rented storage from them for a while, and I’ve encountered constant issues with how they handle my monthly payments. Despite having my card details stored in their system, they often fail to take the payment automatically, so I receive calls asking for my card details again and again.

The latest incident was particularly frustrating. While driving, I received another call from Attic for payment, and I informed them I’d call back. When I tried returning their call multiple times, there was no answer. Eventually, someone called me back, and I once again provided my card details. Shortly after, I noticed that they had taken more money than the usual monthly amount. When I asked why, I was told it was because my payment was “late.” This was especially unfair since the delay wasn’t due to anything on my end but because of their repeated issues with processing the stored card.

When I questioned this on the call, the person I spoke to was quite argumentative and dismissive of my concerns. This experience has left a bad impression, and I feel it’s important to warn others. If you plan to use Attic Self Storage, especially in Sunbury, be cautious with their payment processes. My experience has been one of poor customer service and unreliable billing practices.

Attic self storage Sunbury is an Excellent facilities, very clean and fantastic support staff especially Angela, Kat & Leigh, glad i choose this company for my self storage requirements.

Genuinely highly recommend Attic Self Storage Sunbury, the staff especially Angela! are so efficient, the process is seamless. Effortlessly dealt with our 24hr turnaround from initial call to moving in. The access system is all app based and is so easy to download and use, no padlocks, no keys. Paperwork is all straight forward. I really can't fault it at all, especially the 6wks free for 12 weeks booking! They also do 4wks free for 8wks booking!

Ange was amazing at talking me through how attic storage works, what size unit to get, pricing and the options of upsizing or downsizing in the future. Kat was great at showing us around and getting us familiar with their new storage space and how their keyless entry works.
