Computer says no.

I turned up to collect my order and realised that I had ordered a wrong item. The correct item was in stock for a similar price. Attock wouldn't let me take the item that I wanted and sort out the price difference the following day. I had to submit an online return request, reorder my item and come back for it tomorrow. Nonsense. I have been dealing with Attock for over 20 years and they don't trust me for a couple of pounds. They have lost a loyal customer.

Hi Mark, I have looked into this for you and your online order was placed 12/03/2025. As this was placed after our cut which is 2:30pm, this order was despatched the next day and delivered 14/03/2025. Please contact us at sales@attock.net if there were any issues we were not aware of.

We have worked with Attock for a number of years and always have been satisfied with their products. We have recently purchased an outdoor cabinet and the quality of the cabinet is excellent and it only took minutes to install it. Great Service!

Excellent Service

Excellent service, got the items on time, with quick turn around. Only shortfall is the website showed an 404 error when I clicked on VIEW against the item line in the orders page. Thanks
