We’ve recently ordered 2 radiator covers from Au Unique. We are absolutely thrilled with them. Ordering them was straightforward with their guide. Lots of colour and design options. Communication was great via email. My parents were also so impressed they’ve ordered 2 for themselves. Packaged extremely well and delivered when stated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Au Unique to anyone,

I wish I had trusted the 1-star reviews of this company. I've had to go through the hassle of raising a chargeback with my bank. The radiator cover I ordered was not what arrived (I ordered one with a solid oak top and the one delivered was just MDF) and I have tried countless times to get the company to collect the cover from my home and issue a refund. The entire process has been going on since February and I still have the thing in my hallway. I imagine they are now ignoring the contact from my bank. They have over £300 of mine while I'm left with a substandard item that I don't want.

Ordered a tv unit from them, but already had the motor for it so just needed to unit. Ordered it as a birthday present and orders it 4 months prior to the birthday.
The date is was due for delivery never turned up, couldn’t get hold of them, very poor communication. Eventually 3 months after the delivery date was promises I received the unit but the birthday had already passed
It was well made but had to still get a carpenter in to finish the unit off so I could use it and I hate the thing because of all the hassle it caused along with the price!

Although we had a few issues with lack of communications and a non-delivery, AU were able to resolve the issues quickly and re-scheduled delivery for the following week. The product arrived well protected, and we are very happy with it. It is well made, solid and the colour is great. Looks really good.

I ordered 2 bespoke radiator covers 6 weeks ago. I received an order number but nothing since. I have tried contacting the company but with no response and their phone number is disconnected.

Ordered a measure and fit service for customised radiator cover. Initially all fine. Although the unit looked lovely, unfortunately it was made incorrectly so didn’t fit. I was informed that a replacement would be made and fitted within 2-3 weeks.
There on in it was exceptionally poor service! I continually had to chase them up as no updates were forthcoming. They never answered the phone number given on their website and e mails were either slow to reply or ignored. Eventually, over 2 months after initial order placed, a second unit arrived, only to be incorrect again!
I requested a refund which again, took chasing up before finally issued.
Although the product looked very nice, unfortunately the customer service was exceptionally poor on all counts and I would neither use or recommend.

This arrived yesterday and I have to say it's beyond my expectations.
It's truly beautiful piece of furniture!
Yes it's more expensive than your high street, but you get what you pay for and this is a top quality piece of furniture.
I was kept up to date at all times, emails responded to quickly and delivery arrived on time and well packaged.
Trust me when I say, this won't be my last order 😁

Ordered a bespoke radiator cover for the conservatory (standard ones all too high). Great quality (it's heavy considering it's size!) and a great finish. Highly recommend.

I ordered two radiator covers from AUUNIQUE and they arrived 1 week later. They are everything I could have asked for and more. The service has been outstanding from ordering to receiving. I now have 5 radiator covers from this company in my house and will definitely be back for more!

Ordered two bespoke nail desks, with specific customisations. Was told everything was possible & in hand. Got delivered two 'off the shelf' desks that are completely different to what we specified & agreed. They then completely ignored by emails & phone calls to discuss this & find a solution!
Happy to remove my review if the company gets in touch to resolve our situation.

I had quite a few emails from them just to make sure the measurements I provided were correct, which shows they really care about the product they are producing. I am very thankful they did double check everything as the cabinets look GREAT. I will definitely be ordering some more cabinets from them in the near future.

This company have been stress all the way! I ordered a radiator cover and was told someone would come to check the measurements - the day was organised and I was told they would arrive at midday. Midday comes and goes and nobody turns up, I call and email and there is no response at all.
The guys finally turn up nearly 3 hours late right before I was due to leave the house and the attitude was terrible. They blamed management, management blamed them! I should have just cancelled before it went further and I really wish I had.

I was told a 2 week timeframe for delivery (before i even ordered) and then given an actual date for delivery after ordering. Fast forward to the week of the delivery, I hadn't heard anything so contacted asking for confirmation and was then told it wasn't being delivered as agreed, that the van needed work, then the driver was up north. Apparently they had contacted all of their other customers to let them know but not me!? Back and forth regarding this delivery was exhausting, Amy the person I dealt with was slow on responding and frankly terrible in her attitude and customer service.

It ended up in the order being cancelled for a refund. But the fun didn't stop there! I had to chase for the refund and they only sent part of it! I've emailed multiple times regarding this and have had no response, they blocked me on Facebook and are evidently stealing the final part of my refund. As this was made as a bank transfer (at their request!) I cant even do a chargeback with my bank!

Downright thieving, and terribly run company. Avoid them if you want good customer service (or even an item for that matter!) These items are not cheap so you'd expect at least basic level service but they can't even do that.

I won't stop trying to get my money back so I hope they read this and sort it out!

Order number 10396 just incase they try to say this is fake! I wish I'd read the other reviews before purchasing!
