Good Product, timely service

The connection rings are not soldered and catch on clothes .I have not had it lne week and it has fallen off already as one of the clasps has come off. Having to remove it shower and do cleaning is annoying and weakens the already inferior connections.

Great product and arrived when it was due.

Ordered a water bottle for my daughter. The paint has starting coming out from the outer bottom and water leaks even it is closed tightly. Would not recommend.

Innitially when my order of petsonalised sewing labels arrived I was delighted: they came quickly and looked beautiful.
Unfortunately when i ironed one of them that i had sewn into a dress i had nade as a gift tbe flower and wording disintegrated. I trued ironing another one to see if it was an unforyunate one off the same thing happened. I did find if I ironed with a cloth on top of the label this stopped the destruction. However, this made me consider what would happen when the garment is worn and washed.
So despite the companies excellent service and the gorgeous look of the labels, they were not fit for my use.
Perhaps I did not read the small print in tbe product details!

I had a problem with a product I purchased & they are having it replaced

Received my order to day. They are comfortable but the waist could be a bit higher as they have a tendency to roll under my belly.

I have previously ordered 2 of your products as gifts for my nieces and although I haven't seen them in person, my nieces were so happy with them.
I am super impressed with the speed of the delivery. When supposed to be 3 weeks delivery, it has arrived in 1. Outstanding.
