The case was broken when it came. The magnet from it imediatelly fell off and it cannot be closed and also charged propertly. Totally waste of money

I lost my right earbud and had no luck finding a solution until I discovered Audiospare.com. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. They provided me with detailed programs to help me identify the current firmware of my headphones, making it easy to order the exact replacement part I needed. Not only did they assist me with the firmware update, but they also gave me step-by-step instructions, ensuring everything went smoothly. The professionalism and dedication were exceptional, and the prices were more than reasonable. The replacement part was shipped the very next day and arrived just a week later. I’m incredibly impressed with the service and the quality. This is hands down one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time—highly recommended!

exceptionally friendly and solution-orientated support
Due to an mistake on my side, I did not receive the parcel with my replacement earphone from Audiospare.
The exceptionally friendly and solution-orientated colleagues from the Audiospare service team did their best to help me!!! :)
At the end I received my replacement well packaged and my Sony xm4 run like the first day.

Perfect repalcement
Got my Sony WF-1000XM5 charging case replacement soon. The condition is good. I had a few worries before I got it. Eventually, it was over my expectations. I worried about the fake before I got it. However, it is the original one I got. I spent lots of time looking for a replacement. Sony does provide it in my country. So sad. Luckily I got it from AudioSpare.com. Thank you!
