Patience was worth the wait! And I'm going to enjoy every bit of a wear!

This is my 2nd pair RA 's. I was sent the wrong size shoes. I was disappointed. BUT, The issue was resolved quickly. The reason for 4stars. WILL I buy again from RA? Most Definitely!!!

I recently received a pair of lovely Robert August boots that I am super excited to wear! The style is impeccable and the craftsmanship is out of this world! These are absolutely a pair of shoes that I know I will wear with pride. Definitely not my last pair!

Absolutely fantastic shoes. I now own several pairs of these shoes and I have never once been disappointed. The wait for custom shoes for some may be disappointing, but they say more dopamine is released in the brain with the anticipation of the service or final product vs post receipt, so it's all part of the journey. That said, every pair of shoes I have received are greater than I expected from the picture on the screen. They fit and look fantastic. Lots of compliments.

One of the company principals was available to help us all the way through the order and followed up personally after the sale.

All I can say is this company is the best online store that I have ever experience thanks for all that you do
