They charged my CC $43.50. I tried the number 917-924-6071 and it said it wasn't a legit number, AND, the email address keeps being sent back to me. Can anyone help?

Aura is a scam! Ibought the one time vagus nerve reset course and ever since they have been dragging different amounts of money from my bank account. Up to €188!

Absolute scam. They charged me for a one month plan I did not choose. As well a one week trial, which I chose.

I never got any confirmation mail or instructions how to access what I payed for. I checked all mail folders. Only mails I got were from PayPal that payment went through. This is a scam. I payed for nothing. The customer service is only offering 50% off to continue the subscription. Why would I keep giving my money for nothing. The customer service stopped snswering.

I put in my credit card details and then I never completed the transaction and they took $50 from me that I never authorize now I’m trying to get my refund and they’re offering me 50%

Such a scam. I signed up for a one off payment and 2 months down the track got charged $86.99 USD for something I didn’t even know I signed up for. I followed the Vagus Nerve Reset Plan for a few days and they were the most pathetic AI exercises so I stopped using it. I could have found something more professional and helpful on Youttube for free. That’s a decent chunk of money for absolute shit. What a wrought.

Total scam. Cancellation is impossible.

I signed up for a 10 days trial, paid about $10.50 but didn't have a chance to use the app because my own schedule, Looked at my credit card and I saw that now I was charged $43.50/month moving forward.I wrote this vendor to ask them why are they charging my credit card. They sent their Terms& Conditions which states that I am enrolled autonaticaly once I complete my trial period. Looking to access their site doesn't make things easyer. Looks like a scam, smells like a scam, it is a scam. I'll contact my attorney and I rather pay 20 times more for my rights than paying this company.

I managed to get one of the payments back but they refused the other, I have raised the issue with my credit card company.

I've had a similar bad experience to others. I seem to have had 3 monthly charges and can find no evidence of signing up for a monthly subscription, no receipts, no emails from Apple informing me of a recurring subscription charge. I have had my bank cancel any further payments from Aura and have emailed the company, but it seems from others this may not actually get to anyone.

I've been using Aura for a while now and I'm really impressed. I started it mainly for stress, but what surprised me was how much it helped with the tightness and pain in my neck. I feel calmer, more relaxed, and just less tense overall. The sessions are quick and easy to stick with, which is huge for me. It's become part of my routine and I'm not looking back.

Beware! This company, through the Auro app, will renew the subscription after a trial period - without notification of automatic renewal. I have blocked the merchant and send them an email with request for immediate refund and will update here how this will work out.

This is a scam. Do NOT sign up for this app. You will get charged and have no way to cancel.

This company is a complete scam. They double charged me initially. And I sent three emails asking them to refund one of the charges and cancel my subscription which they never did. And now, over the weekend, They charged me another $50 for a monthly subscription I tried repeatedly to cancel. There’s no way to cancel or contact anyone or get through to them. I am currently in the process of contacting a lawyer to sue this illegitimate company. DO NOT buy into this. You will regret it.

How do I cancel this App??? Very frustrating to get charged $43.50 and there is no way for me to delete the account. Help Please

Total scam I got charged 45$ after paying $20 and can't cancel it easily

SCAM!! Signed up for a "free trail" and was charge $20 then a monthly recurring fee of $50 with no way to cancel the "subscription" through the app. Tried sending a cancelation request to the "contact" email and it bounced back. Can't believe I fell for this BS.
