This is a total scam, can't believe i fell for it. Knew when a package was delivered with a card in thanking me for my order that I'd been had!
Contacted my bank through app and was reimbursed within 30 minutes.
I ask myself the question do trading standards exist!!!!!

This is definitely a scam. I also got roped into ordering a NOCO jump started that never arrived. I got a note delivered thanking me for my order. I have checked on Companies House and this business only set up in November 2025. The address for the business is a house in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Stay away and just buy from a reputable company.

I make order on 12/12 and did not get the item .there is no link to attract .i send emails no answer .i think it is fake they stealing money

Tried to order Ethiopian Bible from this site. Transaction was declined. Was suppose to be $4.95 and later that day they took $26.82 out of my account. Contacted them and they said nothing could be done. 2 days later they tried taking $47 out of my account. Do not open their webpage as it will lead to trouble.

ordered a dehumidifier with an eta of 29.12.25.

All they have sent me is a letter saying it's on its way.

The auradeals.shop address bounces back. The contact link on their website doesn't work.

Total scam. I consider myself quite savvy at spotting dodgy sites, but not this one as came as part of Price Runner. Will not be doing that ever again as obviously Price Runner doesn't do checks. Ordered a car charger after research for £59.79 and not yet received. Bank statement shows shoe store retailer in Luton. Always do the security checks and check legit against various sites, not just Trust Pilot.

Total scam. Nationweide bankl fraud department on the case. My bank receipt led to an estate agent in Luton.
Got a note from Evri (2 weeks later)today saying 'parcel delivered'. Was an envelope with a note saying 'don't worry if you haven't received your order, its on its way!
Total scam. Bank refunded my £140!

Purchesd a Norco charger near £60 got a letter saying thanks for the purchase and that’s it now no site no communication scam site avri say item delivered but it’s a letter not the item now going to try to get money back via bank

They took my money twice and I still haven’t received the product. Very disappointed…..never again, disgusting company.

I ordered a coco boost starter on the 28th December £59.79 haven't received it told me 2 day delivery ive been scamed don't buy anything from these people

AuraDeals website is a suspected scam site and you will likely not receive any goods but just lose your money. I ordered and paid for a bread maker on 17/12/25 only to later find out it was allegedly coming from China, 18 days later it has still not arrived, yet I could have flown to China to collect it and returned by now! When contacting customer "support" I received a very ambiguous reply about one week later basically saying it was on its way and be patient. This was shortly followed by a suspicious notification from Royal Mail saying I had a package registered with them that was leaving overseas, China, on 24th December 2025. It is still stating the same on 5th January 2026 - draw your own conclusions!!
I also received notification from 17Track which rarely updates the progress on your parcel, probably because there is no parcel to track. Strangely 17Track claims my parcel arrived at UK airport on 29th December but the Royal Mail notification tracker today still shows it is still in China awaiting dispatch. Add this experience to fake trust pilot claims on their website which you can compare to the three bad reviews actually posted on TrustPilot and noticeably there are no direct links on their site from the TrustPilot claims I think everyone would soon draw the same conclusions. Please avoid to save yourself the loss!

Beware this is a SCAM site. I purchased a dri buddy electric airer in Dec 25. No confirmation email received. Emailed a week after purchase, as item not delivered. Received a response about shipment, shipping from China! . That same day Royal Mail email received advising item expected. A week later a further email from Royal Mail that item was to be delivered. A small envelope received this morning, not a Dry Buddy but a thank you note inside!!!
