I sent you an email to cancel my subscription that I did not realize I signed up for. I have not used your product from the first shipment and do not think I will use the product in the future.
Please cancel my subscription and cancel the shipment. I can return the first shipment and plan to return the second shipment.

I canceled this order and still billed for the item.
No where in the information are you informed you are signing up for auto shipment. You must receive at least 2. After the 2nd shipment I canceled my order. They still shipped out a third item. When I advised I canceled my order they came back with we we ill give you 10% off the order. I said no I canceled this order. They continued with multiply emails increasing the percent off, up to 50%.
Not until I advised I would contact BBB did they stop the emails.
I hope this account is really canceled!

I have cancelled my initial order 3 times, yet they continue to send it monthly and charge me! I continue to request a refund, and they continue to ignore my request instead offering a discount - ON PRODUCT I NEVER ORDERED! This is clearly a business scam decision as others have complained similarly. Avoid these crooks!

My wife ordered a bottle of some kind of oil to try. This company keeps charging us a monthly fee and keeps sending that junk. AuraNaturals doesn't even know how their order system works. If you order single purchase items you need to uncheck a automatic refill option. That is completely opposite that they claim. Their statement says you have to select a check box for automatic refill. Someone is not telling the truth here.

AVOID AuraNaturals
The first thing you may notice about this company is how incredibly difficult it is to find out anything about this company. The web page is a blank hallmark card of pith catch phrases and stock photos, but when you dig a little deeper, you'll find that there is not a whole lot of info in there.
You won't find an address anywhere, you won't see a company directory, no direct contact info ... seem shady yet?
While they CLAIM that they tests their products, they don't independently test their products - all of the 'TESTING' is done in house.
One last clue: No negative review at all. Not even the review I left (which was somewhat scathing) is visible two weeks after the fact.
Here, shortly, is what happened:
I purchased two bottles of what was advertised as 'Sandalwood' .. santalum album, to be exact. The price was too low for the product to be 'real', but I purchased it anyway. Upon receipt of the product, it was IMMEDIATELY apparent that the product was either fake or highly doctored. My wife has worked in the essential oil industry for 18 years and has the nose of a bloodhound.
I immediately contacted the company and explained my situation and asked to return the product.
Instead of simply agreeing to the return, they offered me 30% to keep both bottles .. I refused and insisted on a refund. They then offered me 50% refund to keep both bottles .. I again refused. They then offered me 75% refund to keep both bottles. I again refused and they agreed to give me 100% refund if I returned the product.
I packaged the product, sent it to them, and they gave me 50% of my money back. This after promising a 100% refund (in writing and by phone). With shipping I'm out $50, my time and a bit of faith in humanity.
I would not have bothered writing this reviews (more of my time) but I truly hope it saves the next person from a horrible experience with this company.
For reference, I was in communication with 'customer service reps' "Connie", "Jacky" and "Mark Rady".
