I place an order with rush shipping on 7/26/2023. I did not receive my order till 8/7/2023. This is days after I had already left for a trip that I ordered the new swim suits for.

I received a mystery bag for posting to my tik tok from a previous order, but my bikini that came in was one I had already ordered that I had shown on that tik tok. I understand they are mystery and it’s out of anyone’s control but why post the tik tok if I’m just going to receive something I already have

These bikinis have become my holy grail, I don’t order from anywhere else! I ordered 2 bikinis with a BOGO deal and they included a free bikini which was super cute! Shipping was super fast to Canada (7 business days) & I’ve never had an issue with any of their fits or styles. I just ordered one of the mystery bags since all their products are just amazing.

I ordered, was never sent a confirmation, order number or receipt, was shipped wrong bikini, contacted customer service more than 10 times and never got a replacement or refund. Do not order from here- terrible customer service!

Everything arrived on time and even got a few extras ! Thank you so much Aurelle - Millie,UK :)

These swimsuits are vibrant and beautiful! Overall they fit as expected, and feel buttery soft. So cute and summery! I ordered 4 full sets for the buy 2 get 2 sale, and they sent me a complimentary suit! It ended up being my favorite in the group!

My only two complaints are :

1) The bottom’s pill after a couple wears, and it’s noticeable. It’s still wearable but for a $44 pair of bottoms I wish they didn’t start to show signs of wear after a day or two of use.

2) The sizing isn’t super consistent. I’m generally a small and ordered all my suits in a small. Some of them fit perfectly while others are kind of snug and still others are slightly big. Not to the point where it isn’t wearable, but I wish a small was a small across the board.

they are a scam. ordered suits by accident when trying to do their $500 gift card give away. that alone should have been a red flag for me but nevertheless I persisted. I tried to cancel immediately by calling, emailing, DM on social media and got no reply. when I finally got the suits and requested a return, I never received a packing slip or any info about how to send the return. so I looked THOROUGHLY on their website. they have contradicting info about what happens with returns. I tried calling (which by the way their # is out of service!!!), emailing all 5 of their listed emails, and DMing again. still nothing. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I would give 0 stars if I could. and the suits aren’t even nice. like shein quality or worse. save your money please!!! and report them!

Unable to reach customer service online, no return label

I loved my new bikinis from Aurelle! They came quick after I ordered, great quality and super flattering!! I have small chest and I think their bikinis make me look great 🤩 very happy with my purchase

Can’t get hold of anyone don’t order from here as all emails bounce back and no calls go through. There is NO customer service at all so a lot of packages don’t get sent or people have got the wrong size. It’s basically a scam just check their instagram comments.

Absolutely love my swimsuit. They even threw in some free gifts that I loved as well. Will be ordering again!!

Horrible service. Received the wrong size. Attempted to contact Company multiple times via phone number, Instagram and email. No response. Website says customer service is down until August. I have been trying since April. I filed a Better Business Bureau claim and they did not have any success reaching the company either. Do not buy from this company. Not legit.

I ordered the mystery tote. It took forever for me to receive it. I ended up getting 2 of the same bikinis. Tried to return but of course you can’t return the mystery totes! They were cheap and fit werid. Very disappointing

Took 60 days for bikini bottoms to arrive. Don’t even fit. I reached out to customer service several times with no answer and requested a refund. Never answered. Doubt I will even be able to return. Terrible experience I recommend this to no one.

Once I placed my order I received no tracking information and after weeks of trying to get ahold of somebody for an update on my order, I never got any response. Just a tracking number over a month later. The swimsuit did not fit well either and there’s no option on returning or exchanging.

I ordered my items probably a month ago or even more. It just came. I now have a new address and I couldn’t change it in time. The website says it will take one week but it is a lie. I tried to contact the company multiple times but no response.
