Their products are amazing quality and at a reasonable price. They constantly have amazing sales and they even had thrown a few surprise items in my order!

I absolutely LOVE these swimsuits!!! They are great quality, fit perfectly and are SO cute. The only down side with my order was when I was trying to contact someone about my order no one got back to me so I reached out on Instagram and their responses were very uninterested and short.

I did end up eventually getting the help I needed for the product and some super adorable free shorts with my order. :)

Love love love their products and shipping is always quick and efficient. Would recommend!

I ordered 2 swimsuits and wanted to return them. I completed a return request and have not received any reply. I have emailed multiple times to different accounts (the one on the website isn't even a real email to reach out to), and have messaged on Instagram multiple times. The WORST customer service ever. I would never buy from them again.

I love my suit so much it’s definitely my favorite i have !! the only thing that took long was the shipping even though i got upgrade shipping. Even then i got a free pair off shorts that are so cute and you guy will definitely get another order from me !

I haven’t gotten a tracking number and I ordered my things over two weeks ago. No one has gotten back to me across two different platforms. Horrible customer service and I think I am getting scammed.

I still haven’t gotten my package and it’s been 3 weeks

I ordered my order 2-3 weeks ago and it still has not shipped!!! i contacted the support team and there was no response!!

I made an order and realized that it was taking a while to get and I checked the tracking number and it was paused for some reason. So I messaged Aurelle about it and they responded within a few hours! They took care of the issue and were really nice about it! I’d definitely recommend this company for a swimsuit!💕

Didn’t receive items ordered several weeks ago and were charged for them. No response to emails or voicemails. No customer service available.

I paid for rush shipping and it has been a week and a half of receiving no updates. I have tried to contact customer service numerous times and have received no response.

I never received my order and finally days after trying to contact them on multiple platforms someone finally reached out and offered to make a new order with expedited shipping. Hopefully, the swimsuits are worth the hassle of getting them.

I never got my package? It has said “shipper created a label but UPS has not yet received your packed” for 10 days. How can I contact the store so I can get my order shipped or can get a refund?

My item was never sent. Was supposed to receive fast and free shipping. I got a notification for my item being sent out- just to find out a week later that it was never sent.

The products themselves are great, and the producers/managers even reached out to make my experience even better.

I had fast shipping, a great sale, and a complimentary gift with my order! One bikini is unique and flattering, the other has great coverage and is EXTREMELY comfortable!!!
