DO NOT purchase from AURUGS.
I just received my rug via fedex, from the US to Melbourne and unrolled it only half way and saw enough of the poor quality and colour, not to mention roughness of the material. I rolled it straight back up and initiated a return. I understood before purchasing that return postage is on the purchaser which is fine however I paid $169 for the rug with free shipping and to return it they want $150 in postage fees!! What. A. joke.

Rug delivered was wrongly sized as…
Rug delivered was wrongly sized as advertised.
Advertising said152cm wide it was 160 cm wide and would not fit in entry.
Refused to accept a return and the return if accepted was to be at my expense. Freight from Australia to the USA cost more to me than the purchase price of the rug
Will never shop there again and will post this anywhere I can
Interior decorators I know will also not use them

Scam company
I bought a large rug. For some reason AUrugs thought that my $350+ rug should be shipped from the USA folded up and stuffed into a small package. This has obviously ruied the rug as the creases wont come out. It wont sit flat on the floor and is all lumpy. The creases have made holes in the pile. Avoid this scam company.

Great company to purchase rugs
Didn't know that they were based in the US, but it was a fast turnaround and delivery (10 days during Covid). Product was as described and good quality. Highly recommended. The website was good too with some virtual tools to display the rug in your own room. Nice.

Good quality rug as shown on the advertisement
I was a little disappointed that this was not an Australian company but was very happy when the rug arrived exactly as shown in the picture and of good quality. It was wrapped extremely well and delivered on the day I was advised it would.

Based overseas and not delivered
I’m contacting you as I am utterly disappointed with the service I’ve received so far. I waited in all day for FedEx to deliver the rug that was due by 6pm Friday. At the last minute it was updated to the end of the day, so I cancelled my dinner plans. Again, at the last minute, the tracking was updated to Monday.
I’ve wasted a whole day and cancelled plans to be available. This is unacceptable. I am moving house next week and require the package to be delivered before 12pm on Monday.
It would helpful if you informed customer that you are based in USA and the product comes from overseas!!
