Great company with great people

I have a great relationship with Aurum and their support team. Always incredibly friendly and helpful when I have any issues or questions about the system. Faris in particular has helped me lots with any queries I have and has saved my skin a few times. Can't recommend him and his team more.

Exceptional Support

The support we’ve received from the team at Aurum has been exceptional. Whenever an issue has arisen, they’ve been easily contactable and consistently proactive in resolving it. Their responsiveness and dedication have made a real difference to our operations.

Superb service!!

The speed with which Faris picked up my support call was phenomenal!! Couldn't have possibly asked for a quicker response time. And after a couple of hours of hard graft, delighted to say that he and Chloe resolved the issue. Great service. Very very impressed. Most software support teams wouldn't even have picked up the call by the time Aurum had already resolved it!!

Aurum Solutions is the solution

I have been using Aurum Solutions for reconciliation software for a number of years now. The help and support I have received since the first meeting to set up, to a comprehensive call yesterday to amend script has been nothing short of fantastic. Customer support is quick, friendly, and very helpful no matter the request. I would recommend to anyone looking for reconciliation software that can be built around your needs.

The support team promptly responded on my technical query. They showed a high level of expertise navigating the system and resolving the issue immediately. I am very happy with the support as I also learned something from the system.

Chris Martin Feedback

Chris Martin always tries to fix any problems as soon as he can, normally I would say within the hour if not immediately.

He has also been working with me on completing the house keeping and updating of reconciliations and scripts on our system.

He has always explained in a clear and concise way any questions I made have asked him.

I have had new reconciliations in the past, where I have worked out what we need Aurum to do and Chris has implemented these whilst explaining what will happen and then when I have been testing the reconciliations, he has always worked through any changes with me to achieve the best results we can in Aurum.

An example of this recently are not new reconciliations, but updating scripts on 2 of our largest reconciliations which has saved our team over 1 day a month on each reconciliation, help the team achieve better timing results and helping them with their mental health as they feel they now have more to concentrate on the queries in these reconciliations, which will help them achieve their yearly goals.

All in all Chris is extremely professional, with an amazing friendly and polite manner on dealing with anything we ask of him

Aurum Support

The platform is great, our team like using it over the pms package. The team at Aurum are always very supportive and make themselves available as soon as possible.
We haven't had the need to speak to them often but we are always happy with the outcome.

Chloe is very helpful

Chloe is very helpful. She checks the data thoroughly in advance picking up any errors made before implementing changes and fixes. they have excellent knowledge of our system and i would highly recommend.

The fact that they answer to their customers quickly - within the same day. The team does its utmost to understand what the client wants to ensure that the customer is fully benefitting from their product. They always try to find the most effective solutions to ensure that the client is satisfied.

We have been interacting with Aurum's customer support for several months now, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. Every time I’ve reached out, the response has been impressively quick (same day reply) and incredibly efficient.
