Shope elsewhere, DO NOT guve these scammers your money.

These people are just plain rude and dissmisive. They only care about their profits and have no care for their paying customers. I ordered scents that do not smell anything like the description they have advertised and they refuse to refund them because they just simply chose not to.
Well I simply chose never to buy anything from you horrible people and I hope everyone sees this before giving you their money and making the same mistake.

People like you should not be in business.

Do NOT buy from this company.

The wax melter is the worst. It was clearly not working properly, and they still refused to give me my money back.

I also bought two thermometers, neither of them works. The quality is absolutely terrible.

I sent two videos clearly showing that the products were not functioning and requested a refund, but they did not handle it properly. The communication was very poor and extremely frustrating.

After this experience, I bought a wax melter from a different company and had no problems at all.

Very bad quality and even worse customer service. I do not recommend this seller at all.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

They don’t stand behind there products.

I had one fragrance oil that just clearly had something g a bit off it would not mix into any bases it was clearly far to heavy for them. The receptionist didn’t ask me any questions really just gave me a list of reasons not to return it and why it’s not there issue

After dealing with this Company for the last 3 years with no problems and have had fantastic experinces until my last order Jan 2025. I am saddned to say I will be walking away I was missing a jar lid x1 I ordered and sent Aussie Candle Supplies saying it wasnt there. I was just happy with it going in my next order or a credit so I could get another one save sending it out costing more then what it was worth. Anyways I received a reply and they was adament it was there. So I checked my order over again in case I missed it no. So I contacted them again there reply was it was packed I packed it myself. So here I am a customer of more then 3 years who has spent $100s of dollars over the years being acused more or less for stealing a lid worth $1.15. It's the point of accusing me for lying and making out something was there when it wasn't. Because I am the bigger person here I told them to keep the lid and the $1.15 I paid and me & my money will be going elsewhere. Please just be careful for anyone who may have something missing in their orders. I hope that you will be treated better then the service I got.

Great service, and customer support, and an easy site to use. Beautiful fragrances. I have been shopping here for years.
