We recently completed a bathroom renovation with APS with Adriana co-ordinating the works, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, Adriana ensured we were kept in the loop the whole project, which is really impressive considering we’re in QLD and the reno was in VIC.
What impressed us most was her ability to keep to the schedule; and minimizing the disruption to the tenants, the team completed the project exactly when they promised, which is rare in renovations. We have just settled on our second IP with APS and our experience and the results they have achieved for us to date have far exceeded our expectations. Both properties were secured off-market and with solid discounts. Our first IP had an $89k uplift in less than four months, our second IP had a prospective tenant lined up the day after settlement.

From day one, aligning with the APS team & utilising School of Property — their guidance, clear recommendations, and the introduction to their trusted broker and accountant — completely unlocked our investment potential. The end-to-end approach and alignment across strategy, finance, and structuring has been a game changer.

We engaged APS in early 2025 with no investment properties. By late June, our first investment property had settled. By December 2025, we were sitting on five properties. The pace and confidence this gave us has been incredible.

What really stands out is the quality of the outcomes. From the two properties that settled in June and August alone, we’re already up $200k in equity based on bank valuations — an absolutely amazing result.
