Company has no care or concern for the products they sell nor the customers who buy from them. Still ongoing issues with my ring that was brought as engagement ring in Aug last year. Please do yourself a favour, save your money and go to another place to buy your products. 3 independent jewellers picked up the faults with the ring in a second. I have worn my ring (in nearly a year) only for approx 5months due to repairs and significant issues such as the thin band warping. Company ‘fixed’ ring to their standards, but to mine they made it worse. Company will now not help to resolve any issue with the ring. Absolutely disgusting that people take your hard earned money and don’t give you any help when their product is dodgy. Be very careful with this company.

The earrings look great—prettier than in the photos! However, although I ordered two earrings with two different name messages, I only received one bag. It would be much better if each order came with its own bag. Also, it would be great if the certificate of the stone were provided as a proper small card, since it feels a bit odd to receive it by email or print it out when giving the earrings as a gift.

I was worried about buying jewellery in Australia when I am based in the UK, but I need not have worried at all. Austral Stone kept me 100% up to date as to where my package was and when it was delivered I could not believe how well it was packaged. Beautiful jewellery, great prices and brilliant customer service. Cannot fault this company at all.

Bought a gold opal ring after ringing to confirm item size was in stock item came and the band was super thin almost unwearable it had a scratch aswell i asked for a refund of money and to send back i was told it was custom made(even though I was told it was in stock) so couldnt get a refund.i was offered a re thickening of gold to the band for free though,came back after a shipping delay and was better but as a whole not to impressed wouldn't buy from again and would suggest asking for photos prior as the displayed photos never shown the thinliness of the band

Absolutely amazing opal watch from the niche designer Alexander Dauvin. I had picked the wrong band for my watch and they sorted it out with no hassle. Shipping was very fast. When it comes to the watch, it is worth every cent. A kind of a watch like this is a must have for enthusiasts.
