Very poor platform. In fact, grammatical errors on their website, including basic spelling.
Customer support was responsive to everything except canceling subscription and refunding within their agreed-upon window.
Their formal language AI was very poor. Absolutely do not recommend.
I had purchased a poster via poster memorabilia that had multiple signatures on and was authenticated by this company. Since I have never heard of them and none of the collectors in this area have ever heard of them I decided to send my item to Beckett for authentication since they are well known. Well every single signature on my poster failed authentication. Authentified AI had given their stamp of approval on this poster with a certificate saying all the signatures were authentic when they were not as verified by Beckett, a known trustworthy source in the industry. There was around 12 signatures on the poster. I can understand maybe being fooled by one or even two but to go 0 for 12 says this company or whatever it is is a scam. Certificate number from the company is AX0018ai. I have the certificate directly from this company.

A third-party opinion from any authentication service — including Beckett — does not constitute definitive proof that a signature is or is not authentic. Different evaluators often reach different conclusions on the same item. This is common in the industry and well-documented.
Our verification process uses forensic analysis, machine-learning pattern recognition, and human expert review. It is not unusual for modern analytical systems to diverge from legacy methods when the underlying data supports a different conclusion.
