From the moment we entered the building the reception was warm and friendly and very welcoming. Our children felt at ease and comfortable.
Dr Rakesh Tailor was extremely knowledgeable, he was professional and attentive to the children. He made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and positive. The whole appointment was insightful, I cannot recommend the Autism Clinic London enough. They are extremely thorough and diligent and professional. Thank you for your service and guidance.

Ali was amazing and helped me to fully understand what was happening during the assessment which put me at ease, he was also wonderful with my son who finds it hard to stay in one place but Ali was so friendly and welcoming which again put myself and my son at ease , amazing gentleman

Me and my husband decided to come here for a private assessment after being recommended. I was really nervous because I feel that we had bad experiences and we have been battling our sons school as he ‘masks’. From the beginning when we saw Dr Ricky Ahuja, I felt he was very confident and recommended we go forward with the ASD assessment. During our assessments we have met Ms Amy Dunk, Kathikeyen Suyah Mahoharan and Dr Rakesh Tailor. All of them have shown us respect, believed in us, supported and listened and we have been give a diagnosis. I have received lots of recommendations and support for our journey. Thank you so much for being professional and kind.

I am so pleased with this clinic. Because of the waiting list via NHS, they sent me here and I was amazed how quickly they called me for an appointment.
The directions were clear, and we met with Dr Wells who did the first assessment.
I was worried at first, because I felt my sok did not display what he usually does, but even with the way he was she was able to mention and see everything I was worried about.
She explained to me what type of assessment was done and what the next steps were.

She realistically told me how long it could take to get the final assessment which leads to a diagnosis and again the call was much earlier than expected.
We spoke to Dr. Tailor and I felt at ease, he listened and after the diagnosis assured me not to worry and informed me on all I can do to assist my son.
I’m so happy that they were part of my son’s journey into being seen and I would definitely recommend them.

From the initial contact, through all the assessments and to the final report, the team have been absolutely fantastic. They showed so much kindness and understanding, and provided an incredible amount of support to us all. We couldn't be more pleased and thoroughly recommend them. An especially big thank you to Ayman and Dr Taylor, who were wonderful with my daughter and explained every process and decision in a gentle, compassionate manor.

From the beginning I recived the phone call to say that Miss Elizabeth Wells would be seeing my son it has been nothing but a positive and educated experience for my son and I. Everybody has been so helpful and made me feel like my voice is being heard. It has been a long journey for the whole family and we are still on our journey but I know with the help from the Autism Clinic it will be a lot easier then without them. The Autism Clinic London was amazing with my daughter. For so long my daughter has never had a positive experience with a health care professional. Our face to face meeting with Mr Alireza Alidina was her first positive experience she has had. He was so kind and patient with my daughter and allowed her to be herself while carrying out the assessment to her ability. Unlike other appointments she's had there was no pressure and Mr Alireza Alidina created a welcoming environment for her.

Our online meeting with Dr. Ricky Ahuja was very helpful and informative. Every step of the meeting was explained well. Dr Ricky Ahuja was kind and i felt at ease thoughout the meeting. My daughter recieved her Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder at the end of the video meeting and he kindly asked my thoughts and feelings towards the Diagnosis and gave me lots of advise and resources to support my daughter. I recieved a long list of resources and referrals to organisations to help me best support my daughter.

The whole team at The Autism clinic London were very friendly and welcoming and i definitely recommend them.

There are no words to describe how amazing the Autism clinic london are. The service overall is amazing and how wonderful the doctors and staff are. I am not a person to leave reviews for places but this time I decided too because never know my review might help someone.
My daughter has been diagnosed with autism and the service she received was more then what i could of asked for. Till today i am so grateful for making this decision and trusting the staff to support my daughter and not just that but they have respected us as a family, listened to all concerns and most of all even though the appointments have a duration time they made sure we understood everything and if there was anything else we were worried about. As a parent of a autistic child from my own personal experience sometimes i use to think am i doing anything wrong or am i supporting her properly i had all these questions but when the doctors told me i am not alone and i am doing an amazing job made feel really good about myself.once I received the completed report i was so shocked of how detailed it was because this report will enable my child to get the right support for school which was one of my concerns.
I am so confident in myself i have learnt so much through the autism clinic. I even recommend the service to my friends and family because of how amazing they were.

I know my review is a little long but i have nothing but good things to say about this clinic.
One more thing the admin team are so amazing!! I needed something changed on the report and this lovely lady named Shazna ( not sure if i spelt it right) dealt with it kept me updated as i was not sure if it could be amended she was so friendly and understanding she reassured me . I was so comfortable talking to her and she was able to answer some questions i had about the report. The dedication all the staff have you can tell how passionate they are about their jobs and how much they love helping people.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team for all their support throughout. A wonderful team is what makes the services at the Autism Clinic London so amazing!!
