SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY
I paid over £2000 for a car advertised on Asset Auctions Ltd a company listed on Companies House with Director NIGEL PRIESTLEY so believing everything was genuine, I then discovered that the advert was fraudulent. I even managed to find the real owner on Facebook, who confirmed that he had sold the car two weeks earlier. I have since checked several cars they have for auction and they are using photographs from other sites I have contacted the real owners to make them aware of the scam website.
I’ve been trying desperately to get my money back. I’ve emailed, sent text messages and tried ringing but unanswered emails and they don’t answer the phone.
I’ve now contacted Citizens Advice and I’m getting a legal case together to drag these fraudsters through the courts.
I’m posting this to warn other people to STAY AWAY from this fraudulent SCAM site.
UPDATE
They have now taken their website down more than likely they will appear again a few weeks with a new scam site under different name.
