I find the web site very easy to navigate

I find the web site very easy to navigate. I had an issue with a car rental in the past. One phone call sorted the issue in a professional maner. I always use Auto Europe. I fine there rates to be very competitive.

Great competitive price

Great competitive price.

My one critique is that when booking the car seat for a child, that it is not shown on the bill so Im anxious of confusion when I arrive at airport on the day

Excellent Company

Auto Europe is a fantastic car rental company that consistently delivers great service. Their booking process is smooth and hassle-free, with competitive prices and a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. I’ve used them regularly and have always found their customer support to be responsive and helpful. Whether for business or leisure, Auto Europe makes car rentals easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

It appeared that I had booked with you…

It appeared that I had booked with you - and then I received an email from a third party car rental company requesting payment. I had already given Autoeurope my credit card payment details, so it was very concerning. When I called your support line - the call handler spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I felt belittled and unheard. She sent an alternative car at a higher price. I normally use Autoeurope all the time, but this was a dissappointing experience. I'm providing this feedback to help.

Easy to use booking engine

Easy to use booking engine. Overview of options and prices are clear and my past experience using Auto Europe for car hire has always been excellent. No issues at pick up of the rental car after having booked a car with Auto Europe.
